I hate to be the only naysayer here, but I have to say, those aren't all that good. One of the frames in the first image is improperly resized, and you replaced one of the red shades with gray, though the animation itself isn't that bad. In the second image, all you did was flip the arm. Plus, the two frames don't line up. The third image is probably the best, in my opinion. The arms go up at an awkward angle though, (I suggest making them swipe outward, instead of inward.) and the end of the word bubble that is supposed to tell who is talking is pointing at something not even in the image.

yer the bear one all i did do was flip it and i did muck up on the frames. ol yer i did try the arms the other way with the wargreymon but it looked worse so i thought inwards insted looked better. im thinking of making digivices now that 1 ethier show an attack or two digivolve while in the digivice.
