Advanced Format, this card isn't really useful. Unlimited Format(which is what I play), on the other hand, recycle Bill/Prof Oak/Energy Removals all day.
Plus, the ability to grab random Basic Pokemon from your deck and give them an Energy at the same time is always nice.
