bury the year
Fae King – Oberon Fairy / WIND / Xyz / R5 / 2700 / 1100 2 Level 5 Monsters When a monster is Normal Summoned: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate its effects until the End Phase. Fae Queen – Titania Fairy / WATER / Xyz / R4 / 2500 / 1300 3 Level 4 Monsters When this card attacks a monster, you can activate the following effects: • Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Negate the target’s effects until the End Phase. • Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Your opponent cannot activate the effects of Spell or Trap Cards in response to this attack. May add more. Who knows. Link to comment

Agro
Kyubey, we do have a word minimum 8D you can warn him for it. The first one is a lot like Effect Veiler, and would probably get used much in the same way. I'd say give him 100 more ATK, just to make it a staple if ever used For the second: 2500 ATK is too much for that kind of ATK, Leviathan has 2500 and needs its effect to do it. Link to comment
bury the year
Mmm. Titania's attack nerfed from 2500 to 2350. Not changing Oberon's, though - just 100 is silly. Oh, and in case there's any ambiguity, you can activate both of Titania's effects at once by detaching 2 materials. Link to comment
evilfusion
Okay, going to just do a bit of OCG correcting. For the first one (Oberan), it's a Trigger Effect, so it doesn't need to specify it can be used during either player's turn, as that's a phrase usually used to indicate a Quick Effect, which is entirely different. Also, for both cards, you have to specify where you detach the Materials (from this card). "When a monster is Normal Summoned: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that monster's Effect(s), until the End Phase." For the second one, the wording can be simplified by placing the cost before the selection, same as what Lavalval Chain does. "When this card attacks a monster: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to activate one of the following effects: ..." EDIT: I dont think Titania needed an ATK nerf. It needs 3 Level 4 monsters, which is really difficult to bring out anyway. Disigma has a better effect and 2500 ATK. Link to comment
newhat
Titania's second effect is pointless since your opponent can just chain Dimensional Prison (or what have you) to its activation. Link to comment
bury the year
@evil: Thanks. The new OCG is pretty counterintuitive with all those colons and semicolons and such, and I've been out of card making for so long now. However, for Titania, it's not supposed to be just one ability per attack: you can detach 2 materials to activate both. Link to comment

Mr. guy
But a chain means that her effect activates first, thus nullifying D. Prison Link to comment
Welche the crab
This wouldn't negate D Prison, it would only stop the activation of D Prison. If you used Priority to play this effect first, a chained D Prison will resolve obviously. If you chain this to D Prison, D Prison is already activated and so it can resolve perfectly fine. More importantly the second card is bad. I would rather go Disigma any day. Link to comment

I make my cards in a vacuum: comparing one card to another card to determine its value isn't going to help me, or else this'd be a constant game of one-upping. I'd rather you grade my cards based on their own usability, please and thank you. Link to comment
Welche the crab
Didn't I just explain the usability? There is none. Verz Ourobos and Disigma are better and extra deck space is really tight right now so really this is unusable until it gains support. You do not need to be one upping the other cards but you can't be a level well below them. Link to comment
