I've seen all these : and ; in RC but when do you use it? I'm confused and I couldn't find it in YCM or YW. Help?

It's fairly simple, once you understand.

 

A colon indicates that the text before it is a Trigger or Activation Condition.

 

For example

 

"When a monster is Normal Summoned: Draw 1 card"

 

A semi-colon indicates that the text before it is done after activation, but before resolution, such as targeting or costs.

 

For example:

 

"Once per turn: Discard 1 card and target 1 Level 4 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target"

 

If a card has a colon OR a semi-colon, that effect starts a chain.

 

So again, It goes Condition (colon) Cost/Targeting (semi-colon) resolution

ok so would this be correct: When this card is summoned: When this card is summoned: You can Special Summon one "Superworld Token" (Spellcaster-Type/LIGHT/Level 3/ATK 1000/DEF 1900). You cannot use the "Superworld Token" for an Xyz Summon this turn. ?

Seems right, except for the fact that you can never Xyz with tokens ever as they're not physical cards.

Oh. Then what's point of tokens etc besides attacking/wall?

Ok but can't you use as Xyz or Tribute?

Tokens can essentially be used like monsters except for effects that require them to be physical cards. (Stacking for Xyz, returning to hand, etc)
