If not, what I've always done is put ' - ' in place of a bullet point. I suppose it's the next best thing....

use some symbols from your computer database (or search the internet and do copy-paste)

My computer, a PC, simply sees that as a large square, the kind I see when I go on anime websites, and my PC is unable to read japenese.

You can also use the "star-like" symbol (ex. *). It kind of looks like a bullet point.

It can't, because it doesn't analyze character symbols. Try copying it, paste it on paint, then edit it by placing a dot. Save it, and post it.
