Agro
K, so I have literally NO idea what's good and bad in the Pokémon TCG, but I own this card and I love it so I wanna know what people think of it . Also I don't even know what's usable. That might make a difference too :3 >_>
.Rai
In the current format, I'd probably burn this. Not sure what it was like back then, but pretty sure it was still bad.

Resident Fascist
the old card layout! Cards looked like this when I started playing. and yes, this was bad
OmegaWave
Absolutely awful. The Pokepower is poop. The only attack it has requires 3 different energies and is luck-based, so it might not even do any damage for all the work you put into it. Resident Fascist
Imagine if the pokepower was a Pokebody and read "All coin flips are treated as Heads."
I didn't play Pokemon TCG in like 2 years already but I'm fairly sure Poke-Body mechanic didn't exist back then.
