OmegaWave
Because December, my avatar, and because this card actually isn't that bad at all.
.Rai
Isn't bad but retardedly outclassed by Cleffa and other draw support. Water decks have no reason to run this.
OmegaWave
Yeah, I just recently got back into the Pokemon TCG.....so I don't know much about the new stuff. Just alot about the older sets.
King of Nothing
Drawing isn't THAT important in pokemon since you can only play one energy and one supporter every turn, and most supporters let you draw. I feel like hail should do something more

.Rai
Hail should do more. Too bad Kyurem in the new set outclassed it. Unfortunately, it belongs to the "This is bad design because it's not good in the test of time." pile. Toffee.
Now if this card existed back when we had Raindace.dek.....
Just alot about the older sets.
I have a tray(yes, a tray) of like 500-ish Pokemon cards, all from like Base Set through Fossil, with a few random cards from various packs thrown in. So yea, I can relate to that.
We need Rain Dance Blastoise reprinted. They reprinted Base Set Charizard in the new style. Why not Blastoise? Back in the old days, up till Fossil, Rain Dance was the best deck. Period. Then the Rocket Set came out and kinda threw it off cause Rocket's Zapdos was OHKing the Squirtles or something really easily.

Toffee.
Pokemon can get away with insane draw engines. Cuz' whare else can you efficiently gather a bunch of Energies n' such?
.Rai
Funny thing is Cleffa is still quite average. You can lose because others use Tyrogue in order to counter Cleffas and win first turn. Luckily, all of these cards are pretty rare this format. Feraligatr was printed with Rain Dance in Heartgold/Soulsilver. Decent card, actually. Maybe Tier 2, Tier 2.5? byak
It's still moderately good in BlastGatr mainly cuz it doesn't get Tyrogue donk'd you can think of it like Worm Linx too BlastGatr is essentially get out Feraligatr and Blastoise, use Gatr's rain dance to put energy on Blastoise, then Blastoise has an attack that snipes for 100 and bounces two energies, so you just keep repeating. It loses to Yanmega and ZPS though so it kinda sucks afaik. Even vs. MagneBoar you still lose when they get out Magnezone

If you start with a Cleffa (and it gets killed), and not have anything else to replace it, you autolose. Tyrogue has an attack which was basically made to kill Cleffas straight away. One person has a Tyrogue, one has a Cleffa. Guy with Tyrogue FTKs if he's lucky. The only problem is that the components for the fast engine are horrendously slow and therefore counterproductive. The quickest engine in the game at the moment is using Reshiram and Typhlosion.
