Tyr seems broken. From the wording, it's a Continuous Effect that does not start a chain, and it's essentially King Tiger Wanghu on steroids, as it doesn't start a chain, banishes the monsters with a higher range (1500 vs 1400), and disallows the banished monster's Effects from activating, so it also stops Trigger Effects. It also just says "Summoned", so it includes Normal, Flip, and Special Summons.

Ritual Rabbit is hard to comment on, due to the lack of proper OCG. It's difficult to tell whether you intended there to be a cost or not, and it just doesn't work out if you had one, since you cannot target cards in the Deck, and wording order counts.

New OCG: During your Main Phase: You can banish this card; Select one Ritual Monster from your Deck, and send monsters from your Deck whose total Levels equal the Level of the selected Ritual Monster, and then Special Summon that monster. The effect of "Ritual Rabbit" can only be used once per turn.

This is to impose the same sort of limits as Rescue Rabbit, while making the effect easier to understand.
