Ninjitsu Master!!

Lately I saw a new ninja support card (ninjitsu art of duplication). It's to be one of the cards that soon will be released as a TCG exclusive in the new pack Order of Chaos. After seeing its effect I immediatly thought of a new card to make, another ninja support card!

This card's effects can only be applied or activated while it has Xyz Material. This card's effect cannot be negated. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card battles, after Damage Calculation: Destroy the monster that battled this card. Once per turn; during either player's turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; This card is unaffected by other effects on the field until the end of this Phase.

Unplayable Even with the TCG exclusives.

yeah, I thought already it was a bit too much, but I wasn't sure, because when you tribute a level 5 for ninjitsu art of duplication, you can special summon 5 crimson ninjas and armed ninjas.
Is 4 good or will it be OP then?

Needs to be 2 or 3 material.

then what about the ATK and DEF, which are really high for a rank high, will 2300/1600 be a nice ATK/DEF or should it be higher or lower?

and the effect, since I made very strong with the difficult summoning conditions. (being able to negate its destruction, can't be destroyed by battle and kills opponent's monsters that battle this card.)
Maybe something like also having to detach to activate its effect to destroy the monster it battles and that this card is destroyed when it lost all its Xyz materials?
