Have any of you heard of the recent glitch found on Wuhu Mountain Loop (the second one)? It's just after the second lap, and you need a mushroom to do it as far as I know. It's best to use it in Time Trials, since you already have 3 mushrooms to use, and it cuts at least 25 seconds from the total time.

No, but I'm sure I can find videos of it.

Speaking of glitches any one else see that Mushroom Gorge had the mushrooms used for the short cut removed?

Also, have 2 stas in every cup :D. Now just need 3, and luckly already half way there.

Nintendo, even when they were pre-planning MK7, always wanted to prevent rMG or any other track from being a glitchfest. I'm sure that they will patch up any glitches that gamers find.

Am I the only one who didn't know that there had already been six other Mario Karts?

I don't even have the game yet and it's already giving me an enlightening experience. xD

The fact that they were never numbered made it hard to see that. I mean we have 64, Double Dash, DS, Wii. That makes 4 plus we have the SNES ones that are often over looked. And there are the 6.

8 others actually. Mario Kart Arcade GP and Arcade GP 2 were both Japanese exclusive arcade games and on top of that had Pac-Man characters (due to Namco co-developing the game). But the main reason why they're not counted is because they never saw a global release on any Nintendo console.

Notes for you all:

Lucky 7 is trash
Metal Mario is a BAWS
I love all the retro courses
I'm still not sure what my favorite new course is, but the last cup sure as hell made me have to try.
I dunno about you, but my favorite new course has to be Wario's Ship.

Second track in the Star Cup. Mostly all of it is underwater.
eh... I think I remember, that one was weird.

Wat's the one where it's raining the whole time?

Did they bring maple treeway back?
90% of the real track is there. Gone is the halfpipe tricking and the waving metal net thing has been replaced with a glider jump.

Neo Bowser City, now called Koopa City.

Actually, you can play the arcade games in the US. You just need to know where to look.

But yea, as you said not coming out on consoles makes it hard to really count them.

I've never heard it called Koopa City. Is that the Japanese name?

Just saying but i hate most of the new characters. They are all so lame WHY would anyone want to play as an obese bee a caterpillar or a shyguy is beyond me. I want Waluigi back along with Birdo and Toadette.
Shyguy is a nice add imo. The others not so much, but what can you do. Personally I'm hoping Nintendo will dip its toes in dlc.

Japanese track name is Koopa City. American is Neo Bowser City. I must've gotten them mixed up for some reason.

Shy Guy was available on MKDS, but you had to either use Action Replay or play with him in Download Play.

As for the arcade game, I haven't seen it anywhere near where I live.

Thought as much. Koopa is Bowsers name after all.

O yea, forgot about that.

It helps living in NYC.

I wonder if they took Waluigi out of this because he's either going to be in SSB4 or, even better, get his own game (or one alongside Wario). There's just gotta be some reason they just took him out of MK7...

I'm sad that I'm waiting until Christmas to get this. TT.TT

I make a handful of post every day. Just they are rarely in the same thread. You just need to look in the right place.

One friend sad that Nintendo just has Waluigi. IDK, either way DON'T think he is getting his own game or anything like that.

For some reason, Metal Mario plays a lot like a medium weight to me, even if he's a heavy. I really like him, and I actually control better with him.
That's mostly because you can pump up his acceleration with the smaller kart frames and wheels.
