Rank 1's are few as of now, and only one is actually (somewhat) worthwhile in a Deck. Number 83: Galaxy Queen. Unless someone out there runs a Deck centered around Baby Tragon (and Goldrat being...mostly impractical.)

This card can be used for easy 3 monster tribute summons for monsters such as Obelisk the Tormentor. Its not that hard to Special Summon a level 3 monster, then playing this. i Suggest adding the effect that the cards cant be used as a tribute for a tribute Summon or something like that.

My apologies for not giving a more useful comment. The actual card can be used to bring out quite a few Tuner monsters, although they would all have to be the same cards. Then it's just the matter of haveing another monster out on the field for an easy Synchro Summon (or Summons, depending.) Maybe you could say that Level 5 or higher monsters are unable to be summoned for the rest of the turn, leaving the card to be more or less exclusive support for Rank 1 Xyzs

The main move I expect out of this card is TGU > Sangan > Tribute Sangan for this effect

[/quote]And why should there not be cards that can help make an Arcana Force monster or Raviel playable at all? There's not enough GOOD cards with those requirements to make it a problem.

Sure there are a few Lv1's that can make use of this other than for Xyz.

Fortune Lady Light and Jurrac Aeolo could get massive pluses from this, and Goblin King becomes more usable.

Having to tribute a level 3 instead of a monster in general balances out a very versatile card I think.
