Now dont get me wrong i dont have a harpie deck but dont u think this is a good idea? (also, like the "George Bush word" reincarnator?) ;-)

 

My idea for a pic is a zombie master-type thing but with a harpie lady bringing back a birdface.

By stating it is treated as Harpy Lady you already made it an effect monster so the rest of the card text that says it's treated as a Normal Monster is invalid.

Make the "This card's name is treated as 'Harpie Lady'" part of its Gemini Effect.
