100 each day till Christmas will give everyone a 2400 point boost. It sounds like an awful lot, but it's in increments and the economy on YCM is pretty failish, to be honest. Save the economy with the easiest situation possible which wouldn't actually work in real life, but whatevers.

So 100 points a day is ideal. Especially if a few more shops are set up over the Christmas period.

The downside to that would be massive inflation. If you flood the market with money, what is to stop people from raising their prices a lot?

Maybe we could have a Randomizer event each day? There is Randomisers out there and Prizes could be as follows

1) 1 Point
2) 5 Points
3) 10 Points
4) 25 Points
5) 50 Points
6) 1 Like
7) 2 Likes
3 Likes
9) No Sig Restriction for 7 Days
10) Warn Level Increase ignored for 1 Time

There would be nore but you get the idea Then it would be more like a Gameshow.

Ehh. That's YCM's problem. If they're stupid enough to raise the so called 'living prices', then it's their fault for not trying to rescue YCM's bad economy.

Well, granted, inflation depends on how much you pump into the economy. Do points even get generated anymore to all users? Because if not, new people have 0 points and no real way to get them anyway. It'd only wreck the economy if too much is given out to too many people, all of whom plan to use it for something other than hoarding a big number.

With warns, 10% is reasonable, but 1 per person tops. The problem was the magnitude, in that 30% might encourage people to deliberately spam or troll with little consequence because they'd have a "30% warn removal" coupon. On the flip side, it's useless to quite a few people, and anyone who genuinely can't go a week without getting another warn increase are probably extreme troublemakers.

I got an idea. How about a Mystery Box? Each person joining, creates a gift and PM it to the person in charge. Later, the gifts are given a random number. Members post on the thread of a number. They get the prize in that number. The con for the suggestion is that no one knows what prize they get, so if someone makes them a member card, they'll get the stuff wrong, like display name and such. BUT I got a solution. They could give out coupons for the prizes like member cards, name changes, etc. The member who got a coupon, instead of a prize, will have a name at the bottom. They PM him/her and he/she can make the prize for that member then. Everyone have to provide a gift before, to get a gift themselves.

I quite like that idea, tbh.
Then everyone entering gives and gets a prize, and nearly all the community of YCM can be involved if they so wish.
It would also provide some sweet stuff for sigs and the like
