This is a lategame god. You basically give yourself a Scrap Dragon, and then get a floater at the End Phase.

floater means that you've got a monster that floats there and takes an enemy attack.

Well, it IS a tuner, so consider giving it the "destroyed by a Scrap card" effect. It might not need it, mind you, but it's certainly possible.

I just realixed how f***ing easy it is to get out Atomic with this guy.

Maybe I should get rid of the tuner part and have a Chimera Beast Magnet Atomic Megazord Summon.

Well, first off you don't need to say that it returns to the Extra Deck. The rules say that anyway. Second, DEAR GOD THIS IS BROKE.

Maybe say "when you use this effect" for the Special Summon clause?

WAIT, THIS IS WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE.

Maybe have the discard of it be the cost, it destroyed a monster you control, and then adds a card. Nothing else. That's it. Maybe draw a card if you want.
