Sander
I dunno. Maybe because call can be activated during your opponent's turn? Still, Monster Reborn can Special monsters from your opponent's Grave and CoTH cannot do that Oh god, Zombies just got a new toy >_>

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
They probably did it because Spell Cards lost a very strong support card, and ergo they wanted to give more power back to spells. However, having so many monster revival cards out was no good for them and so they decided that Call of the Haunted would replace it, since it was searchable by cards such as Mask. Azuh
no.. i slept on it and i think i know why they brang back reborn... its to combat Foolish Burial... if your opponent dumps a great monster in his grave... you can revive it... Foolish aint a safe card to really use anymore

RedSceptile
Or it could be you know the banlist makers are bad? IIRC, the banlist makers have to unban every card at least once I think Shueshi or whatever the spelling is made that deal with Konami.
JerryFreelance
yeah call of the grave will now be a staple ROFL! You're funny Don't even try playing that as sarcasm; it's not. And Max... It's meth. That's what all the gangsters do.

Foolish aint a safe card to really use anymoreThat's probably another reason. But, like I said, Spells lost a good search card, and Traps still have theirs. Also, when you think about it, Monster Reborn isn't as broken as a lot of the cards.
The Dark One
I'm pretty sure MoF was only banned because of Monster Reborn's return. I really can't say I'm too upset with Reborn's return. It is extremely good, but its effect helps to combat many of the more broken metagame tricks today. I'm just mad about the banning of CotH. CrabHelmet
MoF was banned not only for Reborn's return, but also for 1 NoC, 2 MSE, and 3 Apprentice Magician.
HMNISGwahahaha
Nooooo!!! The anime freaks have infiltrated the banlist!!! To arms to arms! They probably did this because of Foolish Burial and the fact that no one uses Autonomous Action Unit... ( able to summon opponent's monsters)
Slash
I actually like the fact that Monster Reborn is un-banned.Now I can use it in my deck after all that time I couldn't ^_^
Bfmvrocks
At least it's not the WORST decision ever. At least they didn't just get rid of the banned list. There would be Chaos I tell you, CHAOS! Seriousley, everyone will be using the Chaos Cards again.

Orochi
now that i think about it... if reborn is back D-hero disk commander and COSR will be staples and D.D. crow will become the perfect counter...
HORUS
now that i think about it... if reborn is back D-hero disk commander and COSR will be staples and D.D. crow will become the perfect counter... did you think about how Call of the Haunted does the same thing except its a trap? Why would a second Premature Burial make Disk Commander and COSR staples? COSR is only good in Zombies and my own Gigaplant Swarm, while utterly terrible for PC, as PC runs Frog. Disk Commander is only good for PC, which is weak in this format. Crow was already the perfect counter. i run 2.
Orochi
no, COTH doesn't revive your opponent's monsters as yours... everyone will point on use it to revive opponent's DMoC or disk commander to get their effect... so the opponent will have 2 choices, counter it's own grave or allow the summoning... Cyber Altair
so the question still goes on, WHAT WERE THEY SMOKING???? anyway bringing CHAOS instead or Magician Of Faith would be worse. thanks god Ojama Trio is limited.

Burial instead of CoTH. You know, with Arms Hole being abused in OCG and possibly coming to the TCG...
