Dragon Ball Z - The Legendary Restart? [ Started/Always Accepting Via OOC ]

Maxwell put Annabelle next to Michel, sighing with relief that neither of them are dead. "[color="#ff0000"]Hey, wake up, one of you! Are you both alright?[/color]" he said as he shook them both. He stopped for a moment when he noticed Kenshin transforming. [i][color=#ff0000]Damn! If only I could read an Android's power level! My guess it's either somewhat weaker, equal to, or higher than Rai's.[/color][/i] thought Maxwell. [color=#ff0000][i]I can only hope Rai doesn't transform. Things will get very bad if he is forced to do it.[/i][/color] Maxwell then just stood there, waiting for him to jump in when things get way too out of hand. But he was also paying attention to Annabelle and Michel in case both or either of them wake up.

"[color=#008000]Hm, it seems as though you have made use of absorbing the Konatsian's powers.[/color]" began Rai. "[color=#008000]However, it doesn't matter. So long as I don't transform, I don't have to destroy you. You will be foolish to have me do such a thing. Now, let us begin shall we?[/color]" Under his face mask, Rai grinned and made a small chuckle. Just after doing so, he used Instant Transmission to come up right in front of Kenshin and kneeing his gut, hoping that some sort of damage will come on to him. He then jumped back a small distance. He slightly groaned at the impact of the hit, since the opponent is composed of metal.

As Kenshin was kneed he bent forward slightly as he was hit before using his instantaneous transmission to teleport behind the man after they jumped back pulling back his arm and then launching it hoping to stab into the man with the drill-like extension. "[color=#00ffff]If you wish to hurt me blow of a limb or even my head.. after all they come back...[/color]" he then said coldly as if mocking the fact that the man attempted to fight him hand to hand, unsure of whether he had struck the man with his drill he pulled it back so he wouldn't be in contact with the man if it had hit then instantaneously transmitted a few feet back.

Thar was troubled, but did not show it. He still remembered, despite the relapse, his brother whom he had left to fend for himself with no guidance whatsoever. He never was the social type, nor was he the power type. Thar considered that the military might not even be an option since time has changed history, therefore not giving his brother the strength from all that training to be ready. Shuttering at the thought, a stroll in the fields was a way of letting things go. It was a rather long walk, but it was not too long before he started hearing disturbances in the clam breeze. Heading towards it, he saw clouds of fire and dust setting off in the distance, revealing gaping craters in the Earth with a few individuals striking their own fighting poses. Thar smiled and let a chuckle pass his throat, for he had not seen action in years since he finished his training in the Time Chamber. [b][color=#800080]"Wonder what the feud is about?"[/color][/b] he asked himself, shrugging, [b][color=#800080]"...I guess it wouldn't hurt to take a look."[/color][/b] A few extra steps to his stroll couldn't hurt, he thought. He headed towards the fight taking place as he eyed the fighters' movements and skills, just in case he would happen to come across an encounter by one of them. He sit on a rock nearby to observe, ready for any attempts to be caught by surprise.

As Kazuya fought he felt another power level though seeming lower than that of his current foe he decided to check it out as he moved with such speed that he had shown during the fight and appeared behind the newcomer looking down on him as his Ki crushed the ground below the arconian as he arrived behind the man. "[color=#800080]State your business here.. or I might just have to include you to the battle.. after all I don't feel like any interference.. of course unless you'd like to join me...[/color]" he then said his voice somewhat calmer than it had been with the man he was fighting with.

[b][color=#800080]"...business?"[/color][/b] Thar looked up at the man, still smiling. Sure, his power level surpassed his own, but it was child's play to make it match with the right concentration. [color=#800080][b]"Business? I'm actually on vacation. What's it to you?"[/b][/color] Trying to keep his cool, Thar casually put his hands together, slowly increasing his power level to prepare for the fight to come. [color=#800080][b]"Well then, if I can't watch you guys, then I guess I have no choice."[/b][/color] Using instant transportation, he appeared a good distance away from Kazuya, whom he had yet to meet, and went into a stance to spike his power level so rapidly that the ground around him started to dig its way out of where he stood. [color=#800080][b]"By the way,"[/b][/color] he said, reaching his peak of the moment, [b][color=#800080]"my name is Thar. What is your name?"[/color][/b] Thar's silver hair fluttered in his own aura of power, showing his utmost interest in a long desired battle.

Michel let out a small groan as he slowly started to wake up. [color=#8b4513]"Wh.. What happened?"[/color] he groaned out as he sat up. He then looked back at his broken wing. [color=#8b4513]"Oh man.."[/color] She then stood up, noticing that a Namekian was now fighting the Android. [color=#8b4513]"Be careful! He can regenerate like it was nothing!"[/color] he shouted to the Namekian before turning to Annabelle, frowning. Picking up a lance, Michel walked over to her and poked her in a few locations that temporarily allowed for faster ki regeneration. After a few minutes, Annabelle slowly woke, groaning a little. [color=#008080]"H-Huh?"[/color] Annabelle groaned out as she looked up at what looked to be a Saiyan due to the armor.

Kazuya looked at his new opponent as they raised their power level, "[color=#800080]hm.. you can come that close to my power.. you might be of use.. are you sure you'd rather die here then join me.. Lord Kazuya of the World Trade Orgasnization?[/color][color=#800080].. sure im not in the royal family but..[/color]" he then said his power level still the same despite his attitude as if his was higher than it and it wasn't much to fear. Kazuya then crouched slightly with his tail wrapping around his waist similar to that of a saiya-jin when they wrap their tails around them getting ready to fight the man if they refused to join him, studying their arm before determining it as nothing more than just metal found on the planet.

Before the drill impacted, Rai used Instant Transmission to narrowly avoid death. Then appearing from above, Rai charges a Ki Blast and throws it at Kenshin. A small explosion happens, creating a small cloud of smoke around him. Believing that he got him, Rai began to charge more Ki blasts and began to blast them in rapid succession. He then charged one more, but longer this time, and forcefully launches it at the Android. Breathing heavily, Rai descends down to Kenshin's level, and looks very carefully at the smoke cloud. [i][color=#008000]Why do I have the oddest feeling that I got him, butI didn't actually hurt him?[/color][/i] he thought.

Maxwell was still looking at the battle, but then he heard Michel, then Annabelle. "[color=#ff0000]Oh, good, you both are still alive; are you two alright?[/color]" he asked the two. "[color=#ff0000]You both took heavy damage from that Android. I made sure you two were protected from it until you both woke up, and you both did.[/color]" He then took out his pouch of Senzu Beans, opened it up, and took out two of them. "[color=#ff0000]Here. Eat these. You'll be fully healed if you do, including that broken wing you got there.[/color]" He then turned his head for one second, and was shocked. There's a chance that Android might have not been fased by Rai's attack. Maybe he was, but maybe by a little. [i][color=#ff0000]Rai, you better watch yourself, because you might have just made your own trap for yourself.[/color][/i] he thought to himself, turning his attention back to Annabelle and Michel.

An anime sweet drop appeared on Michel as he caught the bean. Sure, it was just a bean, but for a being that was about 2' tall, it was a lot to eat. Annabelle rolled her eyes before she took Michel's bean an put it in her pocket for later. She then took some of her bean and broke it off, handing it to him. Now it was more portionate to his size. He ate the small part and she ate what was left over with the bean. Sure enough, like the Saiyan said, they were healed and re-energized. "Oh wow!" Michel said with a smile. "I know.. Hey Saiyan.. Where did you get these beans?" Annabelle asked as she stood up and looked towards the fighting while Michel flew up and sat on her right shoulder.

As the first ki blast was about to hit Kenshin he held his hand up shooting a small ki blast seconds before it hit causing it to explode so that the force that hit him wouldn't of been capable of much damage yet send smoke up to create the illusion he was hit as he focused on his opponent's Ki energy. Kenshin felt various pieces of the man's ki moving most likely attacks which he quickly attempted to deflect with his hand knocking the small ki blasts to the ground near his feet as he felt a larger one which he tried to deflect as he had the others though it had exploded on contact with his hand leaving marks similar to scratches/bruises along the arm these though not causing Kenshin's stance to falter much only a slight movement due to the force of the explosion hitting his hand which seemed the worst damaged of the affected areas. Kenshin then used his instantaneous transmission to appear in front of the man and despite his arm being aesthetically damaged, he used it as if it was fine aiming a high powered punch at the man's face. "[color=#00ffff]I told you to blow a limb off if you wanted to hurt me.. I mean this kinda tickled[/color]" he then said coldly indicating the damage on his arm which only led up to his elbow where there was a slight bruise. Kenshi then looked over towards where the other one had took the female he was fighting before, "[color=#00ffff]You can leave...[/color]" he then said aimed at her telling her that she could go as a sign that he kept his promise about letting her go if she made him transform before turning back to his opponent unsure if the punch had hit, using his instantaneous transmission to re-renter the smoke cloud which due to the amount of dust knocked into the air was taking it's time to clear..

Taking the damaging blow hard to his face, Rai was knocked back very far. When he stopped himself, he was breathing very heavily, and some blood went down his lip. Wiping it off, Rai groaned a little, regarding the comment Kenshin made to him. "[color=#008000]Hm, fine; have it your way![/color]" he yelled. Flying a small distance back to where he was fighting him, he noticed the smoke cloud still there. Believing he is still in there, Rai began to charge his energy into his right hand, but this time, he pushed his arm forward and began to charge much more energy into his hand, his left hand being used to support the weight and force of the attack when it is complete and is unleashed. When finished charging up power, a ball of white Ki surrounded by some purple and yellow aura. "[color=#008000]Destructive Wave![/color]" yelled Ra as he unleashed the attack, his upper body slightly pushed back due to the Destructive Wave's sheer force.

Maxwell chuckled a little bit, expecting nothing less of the power of the Senzu Beans. "[color=#ff0000]Well, before we came here, a monk gave an entire sack of these Senzu Beans in case anything of the sort happened.[/color]" began Maxwell. "[color=#ff0000]I'm glad you two are alright. Now, you can help us if you want. Up to you.[/color]" He then turned around again and noticed Rai being punched back. "[color=#ff0000]RAI![/color]" He then looked at the android with some anger, but then heard Kenshin say that Annabelle can leave. Confused, he ignored it and looked at what Rai did next. [i][color=#ff0000]He isn't going to...[/color][/i] he thought as he saw Rai preparing the attack. [i][color=#ff0000]Yep. I just hope this doesn't kill him.[/color][/i]

As Kenshin stood inside the smoke cloud he felt his opponent charging ki again, "[i][color=#00ffff]this should be interesting..[/color][/i]" he thought to himself as he stood there. As the smoke started to clear Kenshin's body would've been seen seconds before the attack hit destroying most of his upper body and part of his neck causing him to fall back onto the ground where he began acting as if he was dead while he regenerated. After he regenerated Kenshin used instantaneous transmission, his power level slightly higher due to his Saiya-jin DNA. Kenshin then appeared behind his opponent his voice sound somewhat excited, "[color=#00ffff]there we go... you know how to play...[/color]" he then said as he aimed a kick at the side of their head.

Breathing hard for using so much energy, Rai paused for a moment when Kenshin fell to the ground. However, when he noticed that he was regenerating, he was in shock, and somewhat in fear. "[color=#008000]W-what?![/color]" he said while shuttering and in slight rage. But immediately afterward, he was forcefully kicked in the back of his head. He ended up falling down to the ground, slightly incapacitated. Before he crashed, though, he caught himself, struggling to stay in his average state. He touched the ground, greatly out of breath. He was getting very enraged by the fact he was so outclassed in his current state. "[color=#008000]It looks like...I have no choice![/color]"

"[color=#ff0000]You do have a choice, Rai.[/color]" said Maxwell from behind Rai, putting his hand on his shoulder. "[color=#ff0000]I think it's time you rest and let me handle him this time.[/color]" Rai, shocked by Maxwell's words, turned his head sharply with wide eyes. "[color=#008000]Are you insane?! You have already seen what he is capable of. What makes you different in fighting him than me?[/color]" "[color=#ff0000]Just watch and you'll understand soon enough.[/color]" Using Instant Transmission, Maxwell appears at a small distance in front of Kenshin, arms crossed and eyes closed. He then made a slight chuckle. "[color="#ff0000"]You may have bested my comrade, but let us see how well you fare against someone who is able to go beyond his own limit as well?[/color]" He then began to charge his energy up, but as he powered up, his entire body was covered in a rainbow-like coating (So to speak). Then immediately after that, he was covered in a bold crimson aura that colored his body the same all around. "[b][color=#ff0000]Kaioken...[/color][/b]" He then relaxed his position and made another chuckle. "[b][color=#ff0000]Now let us see how well you can play against a Saiyan who's powers can exceed its own limits?[/color][/b]"

However, let me make you a deal. If I win, you leave me at peace. If you win, I'm yours to command. Either way, I'll still be a mercenary."[/b][/color] Moving into a battle stance, he prepped a chunk of his power to his hands, preparing for an attack and planning his next move afterwards. His opponent looked strong, but a challenge will only make Thar stronger, and if he lost, he'll be richer working for him. Being a neutral mercenary, he saw no reason to serve neither good nor evil, but whichever side paid better, he'd be loyal but still independent. [color=#800080][b]"What say we get started, shall we? I've been waiting years for a good battle."[/b][/color]

"[color=#00ffff]A Saiya-jin?[/color]" Kenshin replied to the person calling them self a saiyan, "[color=#00ffff]But I was having fun with that guy..[/color]" he then said mockingly standing in a position similar to that of the saiyan's. Kenshin then used his instantaneous transmission to appear behind his new opponent and aimed his drill at the back of their stomach thrusting it as if aiming to finish this guy quickly. "[color=#00ffff]I'm part saiya-jin[/color]" he then stated as if the fact was a minor detail whilst he attacked unsure whether he had stuck it into his opponent he then teleported behind the man he fought before the new one interfered tapping him on the shoulder lightly letting him know that he was there.

Kazuya looked at the man as they prepared them self, "[color=#800080]Well I guess there's not much need to outclass you too far at the moment then..[/color]" he said before moving towards the man with his high speed making it look as if he was trying to attack their upper body before at what seemed to be the last second ducking down and spinning so that his tail would hit their legs if they didn't move. After he spun Kazuya turned and aimed a punch at where his opponent's face was when he started the attack aiming to knock them off their feet and send them flying bckwards.

As Thar saw Kazuya make the first move, he mentally braced himself, slowing down the world around him to focus on the attack. Kazuya was moving at him at a high speed, which meant that he needed to think fast. As he noticed the tail of his opponent, he made a mental note of the trait as it swiftly swung at Thar's legs, which were locked in place. Thar used Instant Transmission, appearing several feet about Kazuya, looking down on him in what would seem to be a meditation stance, and landed after a flip onto his feet. [color=#800080][b]"I find it funny that you only look at me once and feel the need to fight me as if I were a threat. Do you even know who I am? Or better: Do we know each other? It would seem to be quite the enigma, wouldn't you agree?"[/b][/color] Thar knew now wasn't the best time to ask questions, but he stood there motionless, letting his Ki flow through him.

Maxwell smirked at Kenshin's complaint. Noticing that he teleported behind him, Maxwell used Instant Transmission just before the attack had impacted. [b][i][color=#ff0000]I've got to find a weak spot on this guy.[/color][/i][/b] he thought as he prepared to dash towards him and punch him in the face. As he attempted to do so, Kenshin had already teleported away. Looking for where he went to, he noticed something in horror. He saw him right behind Rai. He then prepared to dash towards Kenshin before he could do anything to Rai. "[color=#ff0000][b]I don't think so, Android![/b][/color]" he yelled as he continued to dash towards the two.

Rai was still in fear when he felt his shoulder being tapped. He turned slowly to see Kenshin behind him. Too scared to do anything, Rai just stood there, in pure shock that Kenshin would still be going after him when he quote-unquote "tagged out" with Maxwell. But from what he heard from him, he wasn't sure why he didn't expect him to do something of the sort. Now walking back slowly, Rai yells out, "[color=#008000]S-stay back, y-you m-m-monster![/color]" Breaking away from his fear, Rai then made a stance, now looking at Maxwell coming in from the corner of his eye. [i][color=#008000]Max, let's hope you can make it in time.[/color][/i] he thought, an angry express on his face.

[Damiano Tosē]

[font=georgia,serif]Being the prince of the saiyan race in Planet Daikon, the warrior was stuck on this new planet they called, Earth. He had a high distaste for the planet, but also hearing that the dragon balls were here somewhere. After his ship crash landed onto the new planet Earth, the door slid down slowly, revealing the saiyan in his white jumpsuit, ionic black gloves and black boots with his hair firmly standing upward with a widow peak. Opening his eyes, he crawled out of the little spaceship, looking around for the dragon balls.[/font]

[font=georgia,serif]Clicking on the side of his scouter, the warrior shifted his gaze around the environment many times, no one was present but him. It was quiet, too quiet. His power level was rising by the second, no one was a match for the prince of the saiyan race. "Well then..."[/font]

[font=georgia,serif]"...time to find the dragon balls."[/font]

[font=georgia,serif]Rapin, a haughty, and arrogant saiyan born from the planet, his homeland, Planet Daikon. His planet was destroyed and abused by the tyrant king he had to serve upon his father's death, the alien Blizzard. Rapin held onto the title as 'Prince of All Saiyans.' He is immensely proud of his Saiyan heritage and believes his race to be the most powerful in the universe. The end of his home planet led him to become a very serious person. Powering up as the blue fire-based aura started to show a blazing outline on Rapin, the saiyan warrior took a leap to the skies as he soared along the sky, hoping to find the dragon balls and hopefully some competition. "I hate this planet."[/font]

[font=georgia,serif]Looking at a city just infront of him, he descended down to the middle of the street as cars stopped to look who was there. His eyes shifted to his left, then to his right. He crept a smirk on his face as his hands glowed bright blue as the power itself turned to a energy orb, a ki blast. [/font]

"[color=#800080]All who would not side with me against Frieza in my coup are a threat, as that's less chance of my success.. eliminating them would stop them from interfering against me..[/color]" Kazuya then said as he shot up towards his opponent making s if to punch again and faking his spin maneuver hoping his opponent would react the same way as he then aimed a single finger up and shot a death beam at where he expected the man to teleport to. "[color=#800080]Your name matters not if you aren't allied with either side, if you're with frieza then it's the name of someone to kill if your with me its the name of a comrade otherwise you are nothing to me..[/color]" he then said to reply to the man whilst they thought apparently confident enough to chat while fighting.

"[color=#00ffff]now.. now.. if you make such a stance as if to fight while i stand here..[/color]" Kenshin then said as Rai made a fighting stance aiming a weaker then normal punch at his stomach, "[color=#00ffff]...I'[/color][color=#00FFFF]ll have to hit you..[/color]" he then said as he looked up, noticing Maxwell approaching smirking slightly unsure whether his punch had hit Rai or not as he used his instantaneous transmission to appear just above the saiya-jin's back. aiming a kick at their head before dropping to the ground and readying himself to fight when the saiya-jin would retaliate. [color=#00FFFF]"come now... I was just having a little fun with him...[/color]" he then said before he started laughing darkly.

"Leave?! F*CK! THAT! I owe you some payback!" Annabelle said in responce as she got down on one knee and propped her left elbow on it, pulling out her gun. Michel, not sure whether to be happy or sad to see that Annabelle was up and ready for action. Sensing what she was charging, he looked around for a moment before saying "5. Intermediate. 6 o'clock." To anyone, this sounded like gibberish, but it wasn't. It was the wind speed, frequency, and direction it was coming from. Everything a sniper needed to know. "Got it!" she said a she fired off a sniper round at Kenshin. It missed Rai's and Maxwell's heads by a few inches as it quickly approached the Android. "I'd like to see him dodge that," the duo said in unicen as they awaited to see if the ki bullet it or not.

Kenshin watched as his body fell back his kick missing as the bullet hit his head the bullet pierced halfway through his head as he fell to the ground landing somewhat ragdoll-like as he began to regenerate his Saiya-jin DNA Increasing his power further due to the near death that it would cause on most sentient beings. As he regenerated Kenshin used instantaneous transmission teleported behind the Konatsian swinging his drill arm at the back of her stomach, "[color=#00ffff]You choose death rather than leaving..[/color]" he then said coldly his physical strength and speed far outmatching that of when he originally fought her. Kenshin then teleported in front of her unsure of whether his stab had struck as he swung his drill arm towards the barrel of the gun as if making to smash it from the front back.

ooc: was this his 2nd or third regen in this form? ^^' (ik i havent done more than three since he transformed...)

Annabelle growled as the android started to regenerate. As soon as he teleported behind her, she teleported behind him after his second teleport. "You've pissed me off.. Not. A smart. Move." She said as she charged up a kick like the ones from earlier as she jumped up, aiming the kick at his neck. [I]'If I can't destroy the head, I'll deattach it!'[/I] she thought with fury as she boosted up the kick's power, wanting to make sure the neck would be destoyed if the kick connected. Pissing Annabelle off usually allows her to tap into her full potential. No matter how hard she trained as a child, getting pissed off was the only way she was able to get pass her power block and tap into her full power.

As the Konatsian aimed a kick at him Kenshin charged ki into his hand creating a ball of it which he intercepted her leg with creating an explosion that would engulf her nearby leg and halfway up his arm the result leaving him bleeding and most likely similar damage to her who due to being completely bio-organic it would effect more. "[color=#00ffff]I'm not as simple as before... and you are annoying..[/color]" he then said as he grabbed at her leg aiming to throw her in front of him if he caught it. "[color=#00ffff]why don't you just run and be a good little girl...[/color]" he then continued somewhat mockingly. As Kenshin looked around at his opponents he used instantaneous transmission to appear above them, "[color=#00ffff]too many of you to have fun or absorb without foolish interruptions...[/color]" he then said loudly and surprisingly seriously as he said fun before using his instantaneous transmission to disappear appearing above a city as he sensed an unknown ki below him, his completely hidden giving him confidence they wouldn't find him as he rested on a building.

Annabelle groaned out it pain when the Android grabbed her injured leg and throw her into the ground in front of her. Sitting up as he disappeared, she scuffed. "Lousy little *mumble, mumble*" she mumbled as Michel flew down to her injured leg. Using his lance to hit ki points within the body that promoted quick healing, he used his healing ability to speed it even more. After a minute or two, her leg was all healed up. "Thanks.." she said as Michel flew over to Rai and Maxwell. "You two alright? I owe ya for taking care of my precious lover, Annabelle." Annabelle, appearing out of the blue right next to Michel at that moment, flicked his head. "How many times do I have to tell you!? I'm NOT your lover!" she yelled to Michel as he laid on the ground with the swirly eyes once more. "Anyways.. Back to the matter at hand.. Are you two alright," Annabelle asked to Rai and Maxwell.

After Rai stopped the punch he noticed Kenshin going after Maxwell. Maxwell noticed this too and prepared to grab his leg. But then he saw him fall to the floor. He looked at Annabelle holding the gun and made a sigh. He then noticed Kenshin going after Annabelle, and began to dash to her. However, Rai stopped him. "[b][color="#ff0000"]Why did you stop me?[/color][/b]" "[color="#008000"]Haven't you felt the girl's power level go up greatly?[/color]" Maxwell then powered down just before any form of fatigue can happen. "[color=#ff0000]Good point.[/color]" The two watched with curiosity. Annabelle and Michel seem like a good team, for Annabelle is the one who can take a hit, while Michel is able to get her back on her feet.

When they went to Maxwell and Rai, Maxwell had just taken out his sack of Senzu Beans.
