Send all cards from both fields and hands to the graveyard(Effects cannot activate at this time): Each player draws cards equal to the number of cards they had on the field and hand before this card was activated. Then, each player may pay up to 2000 Life points: for each 1000 life points payed, they may activate 1 of these effects;
-Special summon, in Face-up attack position or Face-down defense position, any number of monsters equal or less than they had on the field before this card was activated.
-Set any number of Spell or Trap cards, equal or less than they had on the field before this card was activated.
