probably OP, but Magician's Valkyria is one of my favorite cards so allow me to make this broken.

...You didn't quite grasp what I said. Here, I'll rewrite it for you.

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Magician's Valkyria" in your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can target 1 Spell or Trap card your opponent controls; destroy that target. If you control another face-up Spellcaster-Type monster: Your opponent cannot select a Spellcaster-Type monster other than "Magician of Fate - Valkyria" as attack target. When this card leaves the field: destroy 1 card you control.

The concept is that of a boss monster, and an MST once per turn is cool and all, but you're going to -1 yourself if ANYTHING happens to it.

However, it's also got nice stats, and in any case, you could Tribute Summon it or something.
