The other guy was a ban new account who doctored up two similar images. Probably the same happened with skiel when this guy found him on. Honestly, we do keep ban notes. Would be nice if the other admins check them before a re-ban for the same problem. Two different admins taking each ban individually would not have seen the relation. I sent in a LONG appeal last night detailing everything I knew, including the part that byak figured out it was a falsified image and unbanned me, only for me to get rebanned PERMANENTLY. The fact nearly identical images for other people were going around...that's clever and sloppy at the same time. Without mutual communication (the fact Kiryu, byak, darkwolf, and I are all on YCM), almost no one would notice. Interestingly, it fits the prediction/motive that the guy was targeting high exp/high rating people. We predicted Problem? would get targeted. Almost every change was beneficial without being excessive, and even BLS returning wasn't as bad for the meta as we originally expected.
