Name: Sal Germander
Age: 7,188 (Humanoid Form only appears to be 24)
Species/Race: Dragovian
Job: Regular performer around the New, Half and Quarter Moon Bars.
Appearance:

Sal's true form, although having a similar body structure to his humanoid form, has a few key difference that make it more... dragon-like, so to speak. For starters, he has the head shape of a typical dragon, a much larger and sharper set of teeth and a tail. He also has a pair of wings, some spikes that protrude down his back and claws for fingers and toes. As well as more reptilian eyes, but apart from that, his physical features remain the same as that of his humanoid form. Sal proves to be about 6' 2" in his humanoid form, but his true form can be as immense as 12' 4", exactly twice the height! Not to mention that he weighs about 200lbs in humanoid form and tenfold that in true form. Just goes to show the differences in size between the two forms.
Personality:
Biography:
Magics: Fire breathing is a natural for Sal, as he can even do it in his humanoid form. He also has a handle of other fire spells up his sleeve, and is more than capable of learning advanced magics of the fire element. He'll also try to be a bit crafty with the fire spells and breathing, as to make such casting a bit less... suspicious, for a lack of a better word. Sal can also transform into his true form and back again at will, although he doesn't like to do that often, only when he really needs to.
Talents: In his true form, Sal can fly great distances, and can also fly at great speeds, although this tires him after a while since he rarely needs to fly anywhere.

Name: Alexander Thylus
Age: 17
Species/Race: Were (Thylacine)
Job: High School Student/Intern at Paws
Appearance:
Alexander has shaggy light brown hair that reaches to the nape of his neck in the back and to his eyebrows in the front, and his eyes are brown with flecks of gold in them. He stands at a little over six feet tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has a slight amount of musculature, but it is not too terribly noticeable. He often wears sweatshirts and jeans, even in the summer, as he gets very gold often. He also wears glasses with thin metal frames, but they aren't actually prescription lenses, and he only wears them to conceal the fact that his eyesight has improved from his parents, and because a girl once told him he looked handsome with them on. All in all, he is said by his classmates to be "Basically the step above mildly attractive".

Alexander takes the form of a larger-than-average thylacine (6'9" from nose to tip of tail) with dark brown fur covering most of his body, the exceptions being the black stripes on his rump and his cream-colored belly. His eyes are no longer brown, but totally yellow. One can notice that there is a long slash mark on his back left thigh where there is no hair growing—This is where he received the injury that turned him into a were-beast. He has slightly longer hair than the average thylacine does as well, and there is a particularly thick scruff of fur around his neck and at the point where his neck joins with his back.
NOTE: Alexander is and always will be unable to perform the traditional half transformation. Instead, he is limited to transforming one area of his body to that of a hybrid or full form. This is due to the nature of the creature that attacked him originally.
Personality: Alexander is very kind and caring, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand to those who need it. He is, however, very shy, and while eager to make new friends, he is afraid of approaching people for fear of rejection. His biggest fear is opening up to someone, only for that person to hurt him later on. He gets very nervous when put under pressure or forced to perform a task by girl/woman or under a female's supervision.
Biography: Alexander was born in Adelaide, South Australia. He spent most of his time at the Adelaide Zoo, as he has always felt a very special connection with animals. When Alexander was 14, while he was at the zoo, he noticed an animal outside of its enclosure, and went to investigate. When he got closer, he realized it was an animal he had never seen before—It looked like some strange cross between a tiger, a dingo, and a kangaroo. He approached tentatively, and the creature turned to face him. The animal leapt at him and slashed his leg with its jaws before running away. When his parents found him, he was lying on the ground, bleeding and unconscious. He was taken to the hospital, and he described what attacked him. The doctors were puzzled, as what he had described was a thylacine, a carnivorous marsupial that had been extinct since the 1930's, the last known specimen of which dying at the Beaumaris Zoo. Alexander was sent home a week later. When Alexander was fifteen, he discovered his ability to change into the form of a thylacine, and he used this newfound ability to study the species in its entirety, giving him unprecedented knowledge on the extinct creature. One day, his father was given a promotion, but was forced to move overseas, and so his family moved to Newport, where they live now.
If you are confused about how a supposedly extinct animal attacked him, realize that this IS an RP about magic, so let us just say it was reanimated somehow. Also, his last name IS Thylus, and that is pretty close to Thylacine, so let us also say that has some bearing on it as well.
Talent/Abilities: As a Were-Thylacine, he can open his jaw far beyond that of most animals (up to 120 degrees), even in his human form. He also has strength beyond what his appearance lets on, allowing him to surprise many people with the fact he can perform many physically demanding tasks without tiring. He also has a gift when it comes to understanding the thoughts and feelings of animals.

Name: Tavair Morale Livingston
Age: 21
Species: Wizard/Mages
Job: Hitman/Mercernary of the Blades of Revelations Group

Appearance: Tavair is a tall man, standing at a mere six foot seven, with a lanky-thin frame and no sort of curve to his body that gives him much of a tooth-pick presence. He wears the curse of magic well; his flour complexion is smooth and graceful rather than sickly, and his blood red eyes provide an menacing contrast to his face and thin black hair, swept back as one strand hung over his face. He has a rather distinct atmosphere about him, as if he's someone who feels much uncomfortable in anything that isn't a suit or much of a leather type of attire - which is, of course true. When possible, Tavair wears a traditional charcoal dress suit, complete with a nicely tightened vest instead of a jacket and wears no necktie or bow, and shiny black shoes. From time to time, he switches to leather high top strap Velcros, fitting perfectly with black skinny jeans and a turtleneck with a leather jacket with a scarf tied tight around his neck as the leather jacket his open to the knot of the tie.
Despite lacking any sort of color aside from his seeping, blood, red irises (covered strategically by contacts for most of his interaction with polite company), Tavair has a sort of calm and background type of atmosphere to him. Though he wears only a small sort of smile, you can tell it's modesty - and that alone seems to make him a little happier than the contrary.
Most notably, Tavair wears a dog tag around his neck labelled in latin with the phrase, 'Ambition is the last refugee of failure'. Because his family was high christian-like, Tavair would carry a Christian Cross in remembrance of the family he once had.
Personality: Tavair was stoic, calm, and level-headed. Arguably, the most fearsome trait of Tavair is his tremendous intellect. He is well-versed in the history, strategy, tactics of every village in every country, even his own. He also has shown himself to be a very craft and cunning man since the end of the war and growing up. The most noticeable trait is his ability to deceive and manipulate others around them in multiple manners. He also has a great talent for analyzing and observing everything in his presence, allowing him to quickly understand a person's pattern of thinking and better manipulate them. He is also a powerful strategist, capable of formulating well-thought-out plans several steps ahead of others.
He has also shown himself as a powerful and flexible tactician, capable of adjusting seamlessly to any given combat situation, if not plan out events well in advance. He understands the strengths, weaknesses and mannerisms of his enemies and creates strategies to achieve victory.
Biography: Tavair came from a highly religious family, but as a child, was known as both a troublemaker and a rebel. A self-proclaimed atheist in an age were such things were frowned upon, he endured the dislike of adults and other children alike and grew up rather alone, without really any goals for himself and only the barest minimal education. It was no surprise when he eventually ended up living on the streets, after having spurred his family for the last and final time- earning pennies doing quick jobs for people in the city, he eked out a bare existence until he was set upon by a wizard.
At first, he didn't realize why he was steadily weakening, white-faced in the morning when he woke up-getting enough food to stay alive, but energy cackling on his hands while feeling a sudden urge of power inside of him of different elements and surprises-but he caught sight of the smooth-skinned monstrosity by pretending to be asleep when he crept up on him. Wild in terror, he ran from the mage as far as he could, with it in hot pursuit, until he reached the one thing he knew could stand up against such a terrible entity: the nearby book of dark spells.
He flipped through certain pages trying to find the right spell as it crossed its arms and laughed maniacally, throwing different spells at it to no effect as the entity swiped the spells away like it was a fly, and finally reached the final spell, the 'Mortis ratio coli dedit' latin for Death Defying dimension. Though at first the wizard seemed frightened, it was emboldened quickly when it saw Tavair's lack of confidence and set upon him- presumably to kill. Though Tavair's vision was fading as his power and life was drained slowly, he managed to grab a Christian cross in one hand... and as he sat their dying, made his final penances so that his soul would go to Heaven.
The mage realized something was wrong quite quickly, when the power of the holy artifact started burning him through the boy's power. In desperation, he drew more power, driven by a need to releasing more than self-preservation- in one last ditch attempt, the mage tried transforming the boy into a mage himself, hoping to cut off the signal by transforming him into an entity of absolute control of every power in the world. Alas, it failed- and even as Tavair was embraced into the arms of undeath, his sire absorbed holy power and was reduced to ash.
Since then, Tavair has worked as a wandering minister, making a spectacle of himself for holding sermon during the night. His masses are open to everyone, from the common human nighthawks to any supernatural that still has a taste for the divine- so long as they remember that his church is holy space. He allows no evil to trespass, especially murder, and keeps his chapels as a safe haven to all.
As far as humans are concerned, Tavair is a likeable, though strangely eccentric nightowl preacher with a passion for God. As far as the supernaturals are concerned, he's a nutbar. Either way, Tavair hasn't let undeath stop him in anything he's done. But then that all change when the power of darkness consumed his body and soul - one night destroying the very church that his father had created and preached and his mother's service as a nun. Tavair finally overcome the power of darkness and locked it away inside the holy Christian cross which was now his weapon of mass destruction and peace comer. Tavair left the church and traveled across the world, hoping to find something to occupy his time. He then moved to France where in France he joined a group called the 'Lames de l'Apocalypse' or the Blades of Revelation.
He was appointed as head mercenary and hitman for high bounty prices, carrying out orders with no questions. This was not something that God led him to, or something his parents would approve, but it was his life. He chose to be a killer, an abomination with powers beyond his own.

Magics/Equipment: Tavair's atmosphere is based around magic as his family were high christian like - carrying around a Christian Cross that he embedded with magic itself. He studied all types of magic and their downfalls, being the one mage in his family to nearly master all magic. He does not need a wand or a little spell book, he simply manifests the magic and used on himself to gain power of learning all spells in his head. He also uses the Christian cross as a chain whip for long range and a gunblade for medium and long range, being able to create weapons from various magic abilities.

Talents/Abilities: Tavair's primary ability is Paper Magic, which functions almost unconsciously. By having a natural talent of origami, even developing it into his main magic power, he can travel long distances by folding them into butterflies or planes for powered flight - and for spying also. To attack, he hardens the sheets to the point when it is as hard as steel and folds them into arrows, spears, and shuriken. He can also restrain opponents by blanketing them in sheets, thus restricting their movement and asphyxiating them. Befitting (and likely inspiring) his title as Angel, the papers can also form large wings for further weaponry, although he is capable of hovering without them. Using his high origami and magic skills, Tavair can and will turn his body and clothing into many sheets of origami paper. He can control and reshape even parts of his body with origami sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies or bees for spying, paper airplanes or paper jets for quick transport or simply covering his opponents in sheets of paper, restricting and cutting off their oxygen. But the downside of this form is that Tavair is weak to oil-based techniques, which causes the paper to stick. But, he is not weak to water of the same extent. This ability takes a high advantage of Tavair's magic to create and manipulate origami paper. By introducing his power into paper, he can shape and form it into a perfect replica of himself that he can control remotely. When the clone is hit or destroyed, it merely collapses back into sheets of paper.
Secondly, Tavair's trademark trait was his affinity with snakes that, in addition to impacting the appearance and composition of his new form from the tissues and cells of a snake, and granting him the ability to extend his limbs to abnormal lengths and to take on snake-like traits in battle, caused him to learn a number of snake-related abilities. With Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, a name of one of his magical abilities, Tavair could instantly eject snakes white snakes from his sleeves or wrist, usually after a punching motion, and mouth to attack opponents in large numbers with poisonous bites. A stronger version of this technique is Multiple Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, in which the summoned snakes grow in numbers and size.
Tavair as knowledge of nearly all magic in the world, from ice to darkness to forbidden to lengths of being the most high himself but despised himself for using such dirty magic that he limited himself to using magic that he feels is the most compatible, locking the dark magic away forever inside his crucifix which let's the Christian cross shoots out a volley of energy as a projectile weapon.

Axon, I can't make sense of your app, and see several flaws. You say he's 21, but his bio makes it seem like he's older. You also say he's a wizard, but he seems undead. And if he's an Atheist, why would he care about heaven/hell? Where did he find a spell book, how did he now how to read/use it, and magic takes training. Besides, you copied Hydra's bio, and edited it badly too. In his magic, you say he has a talent for origami, something never mentioned before, added a snake form from nowhere, and made him a master of all magic as well as world historian, from a guy who had minimal education. OPed to the point of god-modding. Not accepted until it's all fixed.

Having a minimal education from school-terms, Tavair is the type of mage that thinks he knows everything before the mage incident. He did drop-out of school at a young age because he thought that he knew all of the answers and did not need a teacher's help. From numerous "pep" talks with his father, Tavair started to go to different libraries and reading alot, even books on the supernatural world caught his attention. As soon as the magical incident had occurred and afterwards, Tavair started to read and learn and travel to different places in different states, countries, and cities - hoping to learn more and more of the world itself. His father led him to be a world historian, using his magical abilities to take him there. He learned many languages easy - slow thinker but a fast learner. Books on different spells and their downfalls helped him knowing all kinds of magic, but primarily sticking to Origami Paper and Snake magic while still using the different elements of magic except the element of darkness and light which together makes divine magic, the magic of God.

Before the magical incident and his near death experience, no. His father was a deacon at his church, his mother was a nun. They tried to get Tavair to staying in religion but he refused. He was baptized and taking communion at a young age. They forced Tavair to go to church but he would leave when his father would take the stand, which would happen the first 5 minutes of mass. See, this is were a bio come in. According to your copy/edited one, he ran away from home, spurring his family and living on the street. When would his father have time to give him pep talks? How does a guy 'erking out a mere existence' on pennies travel the world? Things like merging your body with a snake make for good bio. And your appearance makes no mention of a snake-like lower body.
According to your bio, he cast dark magic. Such magic is antagonistic to holy magic. And the ripped app states your attack took place in a few minutes.

True, but I can only work off the app, and practically, you put 21 as his age, not apparent age.

So, your problem is that you copy/pasted a bio, when you had your own ideas in mind. And your bio says the attack was rapid, over in a few minutes. I don't mind the reformed atheist thing (though I feel that's kinda pushing it since Hydra did the same thing) but copy/editing is just no. If you want to be in this, fill in your own app like the rest of us.
One of the roots of my problem. It makes it seem you lack the dedication if can't come up with a unique character. Yes, I did give permission for a mix of Orochimaru and Konan powers, not mastery of all the magic in the world (which makes no sense any way considering almost every culture has their own basis for magic,) but I did mentioned in an earlier post I'll accept powers based on app quality. Copy/paste from someones else's app doesn't bode well for your case. The best thing you can do is revamp your app, with a custom made app (preferably without the reformed atheist part since that's Hydra's gig) and repost it.

And here is according to my new bio, he was consumed by the power of dark magic. When the transfer was unsuccessful, the power of unholy magic, Lames d'Apocalypse Death defying magic, took over his body, causing him to destroy the very Church his great-great-great grandfather had created. He was sure to die by magic he could not comprehend and control. By grabbing the Christian cross and praying for his soul to heaven in eternal peace, the power of holy magic succumbed to the power of darkness, trapping the power of darkness in the Christian cross.

And I repeat, I am sorry for my inconsideration to make at least a decent application.

I'm gonna go ahead and make a new character

Name: Dorian Lupin
Age: 170 (Stopped aging at 26)
Species/Race: Human
Job: Alchemist

Appearance: Dorian is about 5'11, and has a light complexion with wavy black hair that extends to the base of his neck and a goatee. He has an athletic physique, reflecting his years as a martial arts practitioner. He regularly wears a gray or black suit with a white button-up shirt and an occasional ascot (ruffled or otherwise) and carries his cane sword at all times, only leaving it when he is at home. Has an assortment of hats, but rarely wears them.
Personality: Can immediately come off as arrogant and his regular use of sarcasm tends to annoy others. But that is only his exterior. Once someone takes the time to get past all the sarcasm and quips, they find a more compassionate and kind side, though he is still predominantly a jerk. He is extremely intelligent and though he does let this show, he is usually too lazy to actually put his intelligence to use in fields other than alchemy and occasionally chess, usually just telling Arsene what to do.

Biography: An ancestor of Edric Lupin, but not one of the eldest sons of the family, therefore not the heir to the Dire Wolf blood that his ancestors carried. He however cared not for being the heir to the Lupin family, and chose to devote his life to something other than serving his older brother, as the other younger siblings had done before him, and decided to become a fencer, but he quickly excelled in it and he grew bored of always winning. He decided to devote himself to the ancient art of Alchemy. He studied in the works of the legendary alchemists Plato, Aristotle, Hermes Trismegistus, Nicolas Flamel, and many others, and through his research and experimentation, he discovered that science would not lead to transmutations. There had to be magic involved in this art. He chose to explore this. Several years later, he created the fabled Magnum Opus, which yielded not the Philosopher's Stone, but a thick red liquid in his vial. He took the vial, to examine the contents, but it was burning hot to the touch and he dropped it, shattering the glass. The red liquid which was now scattered everywhere, quickly pulled itself together and created a strange indescribable form, eventually turning into a small sphere. He picked it up and examined it. This was it. This was what all alchemists had wished to achieve through their research. This was the Philosopher's Stone. While he continued practicing alchemy, he decided to take another step, this time into previously feared waters of alchemy, homunculi. A decade passed and he had still not been able to successfully create a homunculus, but he noticed that he looked the same as he did ten years ago. He thought it as an impossibility, surely he must have aged. He remembered in one of his texts that the Philosopher's Stone was also called the Elixir of Life. He had unknowingly given himself immortality and eternal youth. For a half century, he continued trying to create a homunculus and succeeded. The homunculus however was not pleased. It began screaming as if in pain, then ran in random directions and escaped. 3 days later, there had been rumors of a nude psychopath running around slaughtering innocents. He knew this was his homunculus, and it was therefore his duty to stop it. He searched for and killed the homunculus, which then turned back into the base materials he had used to create it. With knowledge of his failure in giving it a mind, he attempted to create another homunculus, this time succeeding in about a year, in creating one capable of thought. This homunculus he kept as a servant and named him Arsene after one of his favorite literary characters, and he has served him since, also lacking the ability to age or die of natural causes. They traveled the world for about 50 years, learning other forms of magic, alchemy, and several martial arts styles Dorian became a member of the Council, a position which has used his skills in alchemy extensively, most notably to create gold. He was recently sent to Newport to keep an eye on the city awaiting the public reveal of magic communities.

Magics/equipment: Skilled alchemist, capable of advanced magic and near godlike transmutations with the aid of his Philosopher's Stone, which is embedded the hilt of his sword which is concealed in a cane.
Talent/Abilities: Can generate quick, but efficient transmutations and can change the molecular composition of objects, turning them into other forms of matter (vaporizing solid objects, freezing moisture in the air, etc.). Has studied martial arts for about 50 years and knows many advanced techniques in several different arts as well as being a fencing prodigy when he was younger, leading to his habit of carrying a cane with a concealed sword in it. Arsene follows his every command and is an able fighter and alchemist himself, though he has a habit of taking orders literally, a habit Dorian is trying to get him out of.
