In my quest for knowledge I have read many books on many subjects like War, Philosophy, Historical Accounts, Occult and Religious. Just wondering what other people like to read in their spare time.

My favorites are:

Good the Bad the Funny by Adamai Philotunus

The Art of War by Sun Tzu

The Lord of the Rings Trillogy by J.J.R Tolkien

A History of Modern Britain by Andrew Marr

The Archimedes Codex by Reviel Netz

The Connoisseur's Book of Japanese Swords by Kokan Nagayama

The Yakuza :A Guide to Japanese Gangsters by Mark Schilling

I have read a lot of history books since i have been very interested in the art of battle and the outcome of massive empires to create this very world that we live in today. I actually have plans to create a history set, first the romans, then the crusades, then the spanish wars, up to the american revolution, and so on and so on.

but i dont really have a favorite
