It's weird. You don't banish anything by that card's effect except.... itself.

Thunder End Dragon (I think that's the one you mean) needs Normal Monsters as materials, otherwise cool idea.
Another thing, you don't need that "once per turn" if you are saying "Once per Duel" too.

I'm not being sarcastic. My first impression was that this was able to somehow get you 2 Level 8 vanillas for the TED Xyz. since you mentioned TED in your post.
It's a good card for higher Rank Xyz in general but TED in particular it cannot Summon.

Cool card, but potentially getting two 3000 ATK monsters from your Deck to the field to stay and able to attack. Wouldn't that be a bit much?
Then again, stuff of this level is actually getting printed nowadays so, I don't quite know anymore.

Yea, that's how I was trying to do it. Maybe I'll make it Level 7, but I don't want to make it unplayable (outside of maybe Ninja's).

I think it's fine, though it should include certain clauses in the effect that the other "Rescue" cards do, such as "Cards special summoned with this card cannot attack and they are destroyed during the end phase of this turn." Also, I would add the clause of only being able to use the effect of Puma "Once per turn", to further prevent unforeseen abuse.

That way, people ONLY think of high-level Xyz monsters instead of grabbing 2x BEWD for no reason. I would say this card is overpowered if it WASN'T a Level 6 already. As it is, that means it requires a tribute, which further means it requires time to get out, which even further means it's a lot slower than Rescue Rabbit and similar cards. It also cannot be searched by any traditional searchers. Also, Level 6 instead of Level 5 means it's unaffected by certain RFG Beast cards, such as Unicorn Beacon.

So whether you planned it that way or not, you actually put a LOT of limiters on this card and prevented it from being completely and utterly broken.
