Because, when Saban attempted PR Movies before, well...\ MMPR: The Movie - It was okay. There were some plot holes and many questions that needed to be answered, but the action in itself was great. It felt like the show, but had its own elements that make it unique. It wasn't good; it wasn't bad. It was just...average. Turbo: A PR Movie - Oh, God! Talk about multiple plot holes and many questions that still need to be answered. In all honesty, that "Scorpion Reign" 5-part Zeo ending hoax would have sounded great if it was real. Although the action in itself was great, many things were left unanswered and Saban still has that explaining to do. So, in all honesty, the movie wasn't good, but it was entirely horrible. It was bad, trust me, but not as bad as many people see it. Love me, hate me, do whatever you want with my opinions, but I ain't changing! Anyway, with 15 years at the most of thinking about how to make the perfect movie, Saban could easily be able to come up with a masterpiece that could easily put an end to another saga in the current Era (Which is basically the second part of the Zordon Era). And if Toei is actually making a PR movie and is partnered up with Saban, expect a release during 2015-16 at the most. Also, now that I have boiled it down, doesn't every Super Sentai movie look exactly like the series and nothing like how a movie should look like? I mean, compare an episode of Gokaiger to an episode of Goseiger. They'll look the same, obviously, because it is the TV series. Now, compare either season's episode with fight scenes from 199 Hero Great Battle. Look the same? Why not use cinematic cameras instead of the same f*cking cameras used in the show with some slight visual modifications to make it look somewhat different? I say f*ck trying to keep on budget (If that's the excuse for not using different cameras for their movies) and do something different for once! EDIT: I FINALLY got a website where there is a subbed vid of Goseiger episode 1 in full. I'm putting the link in my post just so that I could go back to it on my comp. Greiga Posted March 15, 2012 Report Share Posted March 15, 2012 The movies have time to put more depth, development, and fights as opposed to an episode or series that's on a budget and time limit. They also spend that budget hiring guest stars and traveling and paying the idols/singers/actors MOAR to play the Rangers. Imagine the budget they're blazing through in a movie that needs about 300 suit actors, has a bunch of popular Sentai and KR Actors, and on top of that has actors who technically did their run. With the budget of a TV show there isn't much you can do to look different since it has the same budget and you have to pay for the entire past team and stunt actors and all the past costumes and ect. I already have the prominent character that doesn't rely do much. The Little Girl who I have yet to give a name but she actually does stuff for the story. What I/we need is a Fran type character. Fran was all but useless during Jungle Fury till they needed her to monitor the stuff while they all went out and fought. It would be hard to work in a character like that in the story I have. where would someone like that come from in the middle of no where with a flying castle in the sky?
