I like it. Except that it's completely OPed. It can't be destroyed, and during the battle phase it can do whatever it goddam well pleases.

Anyway, can you make me a Rainbow Neos I can use Miracle Fusion on?

I'd actually be hesitant to do that with... Rainbow Neos is over the top as it is, and the deck I made for it summons it fairly consistently. A 4500 ATK monster that can play with the field however it wants? Yea, might be a blessing that it can't be Miracle Fusioned.
