I think 500 ATK and DEF is too much. Make it from 200-300. The card destruction is crazy, as any thunder-type monster you have will activate the effect when its destroyed. make it when the card itself is destroyed? Either do that, or give it a summon requirement like removing 2 thunders in the grave.
