Actually, the way it was, you get the choice of summoning a L2 Tuner or a L5+ Tuner. Now its more UP'ed as a Semi-Nomi.

Instead of "Can only be Special Summoned by...", try "You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by..."

Also, OCG Fix for current state (At the time of typing this):

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 Level 5 or higher monster from your field or Graveyard. The Level of this face-up card becomes the Level of the banished monster. Once per turn: you can banish 1 Level 5 or higher monster you control; Special Summon 2 Level 2 or lower monsters from your hand or Deck. The Special Summoned monsters cannot be used as Xyz Materials and their effect(s) are negated until your next Standby Phase.

Was tempted to add a Synchro Summon Clause as well but then It would be underpowered.... Hmmmm How about the SS'd monsters cannot be used for a Synchro or Xyz Summon until the 2nd Standby Phase after Summoning?

Or make it like Spore where you add the monster's level to it's own...

But then 7+1+1=Still insta-Trish

Try having it so if you use its eff to SS, you can't SS L5+ monsters in the same turn (like Preacher of the IB)
