i edited the card, but i think the edit wouldn't make it any less balanced. i just want the card to fullfill its purpose, but is balanced enough for it not to be bad.

i changed it to level 2 or lower....because it is the Rank 1s that need teh love......also it is a coincidence that the Normal Monsters are level 2 and lower.
i did also have the idea of the SS'd monsters not being able to attack to keep the "level 4 or lower" clause......but having it as "level 2 or lower" would make it closer to a Machine Dupe for Normal Monsters
