For the Spiral Emmisarry i think its OP. It feels so easy to summon. Not to mention its has good attack points. And the drawing effect. You already banish 2 cards to special summon it. So you basically summon it, Draw 2 cards, and return the cards you removed if you think about it. Maybe make it not able to activate the effect the turn it is summoned?

i don't know about Black hole. it is not that powerful. No suggestions thinking.

Other than that, your cards are amazing.

#1: this is a formula for Scraps that many, many cards can pull off. And those cards aren't weak and can manage for themselves even if they can't get to this card, making this just a Formula with no downside to try to bring out.
#2: The second effect is what makes this card. It gets you a tuner if you needed one. Summoner Monk into anything automatically gives you a tuner and a card.
#3: of course, being an Xyz, you're giving up the chance to use a Level 4 monster, maybe even a Tuner, for something else. Which is why I see you've given it an extra effect instead of raising its stats. This effect is golden, most importantly if you used Summoner Monk to bring it out, because you can immediately go into a Level 8 Synchro and still have a summoner monk for use later. Or hell, you could keep Xyz spamming while drawing cards until you get 3 of these out and then just start killing everything. cause killing everything is fun.

I think it's more balanced than it looks, but i'd think that it'd hit the list quickly if it got anything to specifically synch into. (ie. I want you to make one)

Ah, I see that you realized the potential of this card with the Summoner monk combos. I just had the thought that... what if Xyz's could be used to Synch?

Oh, and forgot to actually make the effect once per turn xD

Anything else about the other cards or the archetype as a whole?

Hyper Galaxy Drill is for Rescue Rabbit, alexandrite dragon, and GEPD.

Spiralis, The Spiral Emmisary, & Galaxy Lord are completely OPed without any regard for life.

Hope should gain only half of the ATK of the banished monster.

The Forbidden Princess needs to limit itself to Level 4 or lower.

Care unit doesn't need the LP boost.

Black Hole: no

Galactic Hole should banish both monsters.

Galactic Ascent should have a limit of Level 4 or lower.

Hopefully I fixed everything with this update. I really wanted Black Hole (btw, name and effect change for half of the cards) to be just complete lulz.

Hmm, banishing 3 cards is too much i think. Pay half your life points? Maybe make it that you take damage equal to its attack and get rid of the "Attack becomes 3000".

New Card Ideas:

Galactic Blast
[Spell/Normal]
Banish any amount of cards on your field or hand that have "Galaxy" in the card name. Banish cards on your opponents field equal to the amount you banished.
