Harsh Critisim

Recommended Posts

I have generaly seen a lot of people say tons of bad stuff at my cards but it is constructive and you are right about how people are picky. I do not know yugioh like the back of my hand and OCG is a problem but I mean if you can understand it then why say it sucks and if it somewhat decent then like I said before just say the things you need to say for the person to improve it. You don't need to say its horrible just because the OCG is somehat off this site is not a contest for the best card its to have fun bu most members seem not to care about something his important

Thats pretty cheesy. "All about fun". You post it here for compliments and critique. The only fun thing is learning how to get better at graphic art design. There's no FUN in this per se like playing a game. The forum's for criticizers. Live with it or keep the cards to urself.

Don't be offended...we all try to push our message along in the nicest* way possible, but sometimes users get carried away. Usually, they are new users.
Or sometimes we, the better posters of CC, just get annoyed of repeating the same thing over and over and over again.

This is the kind of stuff that gets bad critisism. I don't exactly enjoy harsh critisim, but I believe that the harsher, the more stuff you need to fix on a card. Or, an offending/unecessary opinion, such as this one. I've had some people cuss against my cards. I fix them, and they praise me like I'm their king. So yeah, mking cards is for fun, but the point of posting cards and opinions is to recieve either credit or critisim for them. I rest my case.

We give constructive criticism.
Our CAPS LOCK is rarely used and always well-working.
We rarely curse.
Do not QQ about suggestions. They are suggestions for a reason.
This is a suggestion.

out of place and childish, I think that while there are some really harsh people, there are also those who can't take any critisism at all, also, its near impossible to prevent every single comment from bein bad.

cursing at the people who do so will only make them bash you more, so when it happens, i told ya so.

if you wanna report something, message a mod or something

Anyway, is "harsh criticism" some way of saying "flame" to you? If that's what you mean, it's against the rules. Don't curse about it, report it.
Also, it is true that a lot of people out there just can't take criticism. Somethings in life just shouldn't be sugar-coated and placed on a candy counter. If you are sensitive, actually think at least a little before you post or openly admit that you know it is bad.
Unless the criticism is extremely unnecessarily rude and bashing, then that's the person who posted the mean comment's fault. Just report it.

I know I have been a jerk and I apologize completely but I was flamed to much to the point where I got pretty mad. But I really don't get why do we need exact proof if everyone here( Especially the mods) knows about flaming here in YCM so why ask when you know and or have seen it?
