I know this has been a problem before, but here it goes.

 

 

 

Today I was trying to give a neg rep to Shadow Dude 64 for a good reason but when I click on Rate User it says I have gave out my five reps today but I haven't even gave one rep. What is up with that?

You can only give out 5 reps in one day, save your Reps!

EDIT: You gave out none. It does that some times, just keep trying it works after a while.

i dunno why. it happened to me once too, but it eventually went away.

Yeah, 5 seems to be the limit (even though I could of sworn you could give 6 at one point). You could do what I do and just make a list of all the people you want to neg. ;-)

Maybe you are in a different time zone to YCM's main time zone, and the reps haven't been renewed yet.

I figured out why it wasn't working.

 

 

I am guessing you can only give five reps every 24 hours.
