Sounds a bit pricey Card Advantage-wise, but the fact that the Special Summon bypasses Summoning Conditions may trump the cost, depending on what's being SS'd.

Maybe if you expand the range to include Special Summoning monsters from the Graveyard... but that could break this card. Nevermind ^__^;
