Bracing for impact as a wave of flames hit him, Setsuna felt the massive amount of heat burn at his life points. Panting for a moment, his eyes slowly moved towards Kuroi. His opponent was just as threatening as he was, however he would have needed every tactic in his book to come out on top. "My turn! Draw!" He shouted as he drew his next card. Staring at his hand, he looked to his field as Combat Mech was Special Summoned in Defense Position. He had a solid defense to buy some time until the Dimensional Buster took effect. "I end my turn," He said bluntly as Combat Mech stood up. Pulling a large gun from behind him, he aimed at Kuroi. Snapping his fingers, he watched as the mech fired the gun's cannon off at Kuroi, a large beam firing off at him.

Kuroi was blasted back by a tidal wave of mechanized fire. He screamed in anger as his life points dropped to 0. "How could you boy? How could you defeat me?" His spirit was shattered as he realized he lost. It was impossible. The last time he lost was when he was new to the game and a young boy. Since then, he found the Numbers and he was the champion at his old school, before he was kicked out for ripping souls out. "Farewell boy. You are a good dueler. We will probably meet again soon" Kuroi said, thinking of joining that boy's school as a fake student to learn more about dueling. "Farewell," he said, and turned to the shadows to leave.

Watching as his opponent admitted defeat, Setsuna smiled at his deck. Looking at the lone card in his hand, he stared at the Loyal A.I. card. If his burn had failed, his last resort would have been to force his opponent to attack, then discard the A.I. to reduce the attacking monster's ATK to zero. Putting Combat Mech back into his Extra Deck, he fell onto his back. "Thank you partners," He said with a light smile on his face as he closed his eyes. That was his most unusual victory so far, but he couldn't help but feel as if it wasn't the last time he'd see that guy or his numbers.

Glaring at Setsuna, the old man who ran the shop shook his head. "Boy, are you going to leave or not?" He asked as he walked over to Setsuna, kicking him hard in his sides.
