Demon God of Evil and Good is horriblely bad.
It can only be summoned by the effect of Ally then Enemy", which is a -2.
It's attack even early game is mediocre at best, and the 800 Boost effect only realy gives it a temporary +300 ATK in exchange for a permanent - 500 ATK. Not worth it.
Having to hand away a monster you just gave up 3 cards(4 if you chose to use it's boost effect) is far too dissapointing. And the self burn just pours sand on the wound.
