It's OP'ed. It's an instant 3600 ATK monster, no tributes, no drawbacks, no costs. If I were you I'd change it to something more like this:

Dragon King
|EARTH|*3|Dragon/Effect|1200/300|
During each of your Standby Phases, reveal any number of Dragon-Type Monsters in your Hand. This card's ATK increases equal to the number of revealed Dragon-Type Monsters x 500.

With this ^ you at least have the drawback of having to leave it out there on the field for a turn.
