This seems to be Leviar on steroids for Banisharks. Tone down the effect a bit. For instance, "When this card is Succesfully Xyz Summoned, you can remove 2 Xyz Material Monsters from this card to Special Summon 2 banished Fish, Sea Serpent, or Aqua type monsters."

Also, what's the cost for this thing?

cant believe i forgot to add the number of materials required.

It's ATK is fairly low for a rank 3 requiring 3 monsters, but it does help bring out more Xyz, which is what Banisharks make best use of and still dont have real powerful Xyz to access (except Revise)
