Birth Name: Thalia McKenzie-Grace / [color=#DDA0DD]Tyler McKenzie[/color]
Age: 13 / [color=#DDA0DD]19[/color]
Bio: Thalia's parents, the McKenzies, abandoned her at a very young age, due to her strange powers that she developed early on. For a few years she simply roamed, always borderline starvation, but never dying of it. When she was 6, she met Piper Grace and her family, and persuaded them to adopt her, to save her life. For that time, she was happy. She easily outclassed Piper, the blind one, and one of her parents was legally deaf.
However, when Piper had her vision restored when Thalia was 12, and started to develop a high standard of artwork, Thalia was furious. She was now second wheel to Piper, who was half a genius and an artistic prodigy, and Thalia didn't like that.
So she ran away, back to the wild. But with her persuasive powers more powerful, she could easily coax shop owners to give her food and shelter for a night, and lived comfortably. Enjoying her 'own' spoils.
[color=#DDA0DD]Tyler WAS the oldest brother of young Thalia, and the only one who fought back against his parents after she was abandoned. He would constantly plead for them to reconsider, to send a message to Thalia and bring her home. His parents, however, remained cold and stony, refusing to bring back the 'oddity', as they called Thalia.[/color]
Tyler wasn't exactly happy with that, and his grades dropped dramatically as time went on. His parents weren't pleased, and punished him for not working hard.
When he was 15, he accidentally destroyed his mother's china stuff using his sudden powers. His mother and father were scared. Their boy was displaying 'black magic', as they called it. So they disowned him and cast him out, as they'd done Thalia.
Tyler didn't have his sister's defiance or strength, so he passed away to starvation.
However, he awoke again, watching over his sister. Trying to guide her. Trying to stop her going along the wrong path.
Personality: Thalia is a defiant, tomboy of a girl. She doesn't stand anyone, bar her "angel", She doesn't trust anyone, and will hold 'em to dagger-point until she is sure of their alliance. She doesn't take no for an answer.
However, she does have a soft part, hidden away deep beneath layers of hatred. When she sees someone deathly ill, she will sometimes help, maybe give them a loaf of bread so they can have a good meal before their day. However, such displays of compassion are rare.
[color=#DDA0DD]Tyler is his sister's opposite. He is gentle and kind, always displaying compassion for everyone. He is always polite and kind, and rarely yells and screams at anyone. Even bad people. He always sees the good side of people, never the bad. He is, however, rather determined, and will continue to push against what Thalia says and try to make her a better person. He does have a kind of rough part deep down, which he only resorts to stop Thalia from doing something he sees will have a bad outcome. This side is more aggressive and forceful, a side Thalia understands.[/color]
Appearance: Thalia is small for her age, standing at a small 4'6. Her skin color is a very pale cream, like a vampires, but with a large abundance of freckles. Her eyes are an icy blue; cold and calculating. Her hair is pith black, with dark blue and silver highlights, reaching just past her shoulders.
Her outfit is a brightly colored shirt, with colored skirts scattered with sparkly sequins, coupled with black knee-high boots, with a sparkly zip on the inside. She also had a genuine silver tiara inlaid with precious jewels. Everyone believes its fake. As if.
[color=#DDA0DD]Tyler is a ghostly apparition, and as such his features are hard to pinpoint. He is relatively tall, standing at 6'1. His skin is more pale than Thalia's, being a ghost, but shows hints of a deeper shade. His eyes are still bright and vivid; a shining turquoise shade. His hair is a very pale blond, reaching just beneath his ears.[/color]
His outfit is a simple shirt and jeans, with sneakers and his old baseball cap. He also has shining, feathery wings sprouting from his shoulder blades, shining with ghostly power.
Power: Thalia's power is persuasion, more specifically "charm-speak". With her voice, she can lull some people into a trance, and make them do as she says. As of yet, people with strong minds can resist the temptation.
Later on, she'll be able to charm more people, and possible heal injured people with her voice.
Her weapon is a set of daggers - Both stolen - made of fine silver. She also uses her fist frequently.
[color=#DDA0DD]Tyler's power is nullifying other powers. He can stop the more simple spells. The more complicated the spell, the harder it is to block.[/color]
Later on he'll be able to divert the aim of a power, and send it rebounding back at the sender. He may also be able to stop a power from working for a period of time.
Tyler's weapon is a ghostly staff, which helps him channel his powers. He can also use it to bash people on the head (Albeit lightly)[/spoiler]

Do note that Tyler is powerful, but as a guardian angel, defending his sister, he only uses his powers to help her/defend her. Him using his powers offensively is rare.
Also, Piper Grace is a character from the same RP. Ignore her. :P

Name: Sera
Age: 12
Species: Vulpix
Type: Fire/Water
Appearance: Sera, in most aspects, is the same as an ordinary Vulpix, albeit smaller than most her age. However, she does have some special features unlike most Vulpix.
Her body is a rusty red, and the fur is spiky, like a hedgehogs. Her tail is a fascinating combination of a beautiful ocean blue and a flaming red color. Each of her seven tails is spiky, all ending in a sharp point she uses to poke others.
She also has a small bracelet on her front left leg, with silver and red beads, threaded on a golden chain.
Bio: Sera’s mother disappeared mere days after young Sera hatched from her egg, leaving her father, a grumpy Houndoom, to look after her. It wasn’t easy for him, because Sera was a rare oddity, a Vulpix who also commanded Water powers. As such, whenever her father battled her for training, she easily gained the upper hand, due to type advantage. After many years of this, her father stood it no longer. As leader of a particular tribe of Houndoom and Houndour, he was supposed to be strong. To be shown up time after time by his own daughter threatened his reputation.
Sera had similar reason to dislike her situation. Her father was cold to her, and he never told her anything of her mysterious mother, an apparently gorgeous Ninetales, who she only remembered her many tails.
As such, the two parted ways, Sera exploring the depths of her region of birth, and her father honing his powers to rule his tribe.
Moves: Flamethrower, Water Gun, Ember & Whirlpool.
Gender: Female.

Sera is not from Kanto. She’s from another region, Orien or something. It’s been a while since the RP Sera was in. At least a year.

Then I'll have it have 5 posts and twice per period and a cool down of 3 posts. If thats fine.

Five posts twice per round is a bit much, even with a three post cool down period. Make it four with a cool down of three and that will be fine. However, that is for continuous use. If you use it for a single post or two and then stop using it, that's a cool down of one post, and three consecutive posts of usage is a cool down of two posts after.

Please keep in mind that I am not trying to break your character. I only wish to help you as well as others. After all, we both know about the grief you got from many prominent rpers due to your Mr.Christ apps. Personally I feel that the only reason why you weren't given more grief at the time was because Striker made for a more entertaining target just then.
I also personally understand the trouble of making characters that everyone else considers to be op. Remember, voice of experience.

She generally wears blue jeans, with a black shirt and a blue jean jacket. She also wears a satchel containing a notebook and pen.
Alliance: None
Abilities:
Quincy
-Eva is a ln accomplished Quincy and a such has the abilities and tools of a Quincy. She is also capable of firing exploding reiatsu arrows and homing reiatsu arrows. Also, unlike conventional Quinch, as a result of her method of obtaining her powers, she doesn't need a charm(eg the bracelet Ishida has) to summon her arrow, she compose it entirely of her reiatsu. As a result, it is a light purple color. The negative side to this is that it is draining to keep up, and can "overheat" from overuse resulting it being unusable for a set period of time.

Fullbring
-Eva also possesses the fullbring "There's Truth in Words" though she isn't as skilled with it as she is with her Quincy abilities. The fullbring is activated through the use of the pen in her satchel, and allows here to influence events based on her writing. She is however limited: she can only write single, specific phrases at a time, and is limited by the law of realism; only things that could actually realistically occur can be written. She also needs a surface to write on, whether it be paper, leaves, dirt, etc. Also, as a fullbring use she has the ability to influence the souls of objects around her.
Bio: Not much is known past her early years. She was born in Karankura town on the eve of a hollow attack. The attack, which occur during the crucial minutes of her birth resulted in the death of both her parents. At two years she was adopted by an America novelist and moved to America. At some point during the next 13 years she developed a passion for reading and writing. She found an ancient book on the art of manipulating reiatsu and learned from it, becoming a Quincy in the process. At age 16 her fullbring emerged under unknown circumstances. It has yet to fully evolve.
Personality: Eva is a quiet, calculating person, boasting high intelligence but low interpersonal skills. She enjoys writing, especially poetry and can be seen jotting them down multiples times a day.
