[b]2. The VPX-009:Obliterator. It is basically a combination of a Seriously High power Autmoatic Sniper Rifle with extremely high accuracy from distances with a Pancor Jackhammer shotgun. It has 3 barrels, one for the sniper, one for the shotgun, and one that combines both.[/b]

Name: Ze’borova Preyn



Appearance: He is 6’1” with spiky, ruby colored hair and eyes

that change from yellow to silver. He has a bang and a ponytail,

which are both white towards the ends. He has a lean,

muscular build and tan skin. He has two X-shaped scars on his

face and in the center of each is a light blue bolt of lightning

striking through the center of a circle. He has 3 long claw-like

scar marks across his chest. He wears dark brown, tattered

cargo pants with a studded black belt and a black leather jacket.

When its cold he may wear a long-sleeved white shirt with the

image of a wintergreen colored wolf in the bottom-left corner,

however he is mostly shirtless. His leather jacket is a biker jacket

with a hood that has a part which droops over his face like a

raven’s beak, when worn.



Personality: It took a while for him to truly understand his powers as a Shinigami & a Visored. He is a calm yet energetic person. and enjoys long walks on the beaches of Hueco Mundo. He grew up similar to Zaraki, so he can be hardened. he enjoys the fight & even turned down an offer to be a personal gaurd to the soul king to stay squad captain. He appreciated friends and rivals and hates being underestimated and will eith kill or battle opponents. He tends to be creative in battle doing things that only his powers could allow. He tends to bring a powerful prescence in the room.

Zanpaktou Name: Raikou (Lightning King)



Released Form: Striped Red and Yellow serrated blade with

glowing silver hilt. Pre-Shikai he has no blade. He just has a hilt. When he releases, he gains his Zanpaktou through a bolt of light ikn the sky or it sparking from the hilt. it depends on whether ifif he has it or not due ti his Zanpaktou using the release phrrase to form and no longer having a true pre-Shikai state.



Abilities: His powers express themselves as lightning. Can manipulate lightning. Can cover the blade in lightning to inflict more damage when it hits. Can lengthen

blade to a small degree when covered with lightning. Can

generate a small shield of lightning to defend from attack, and

fire lightning-based attacks.



Zanpaktou Full name: Garouou no Raikou (Hungry Wolf King Of

Lightning)



Final Release Description:Strength & speed r



Form 1:Gains a solid lightning armor (in the semblance of a wolf) which increases speed and strength. Blade gains pure red color with arched gold lightning bolts running through it. At the end of the lightning arcs is a silver moon on each side of the blade. Blade can be melded onto hands and change into retractable claws. He can fire off charged lightning attacks from his tail; he also uses his tail of lightning as a whip to attack or defend.



Form 2: He becomes a living mass of lightning able to absorb & convert any form of energy to electrical. He cannot be absorbed in this form & can move as if he were energy. Immense destructive potential & speed. He does have a physical form. His body becomes electrified( this is why he is a living mass of electricity). When he moves it is electrical. When defending and blocking and using physical offensive attacks is when that is active. When moving, dodging, or attack with energy only does he become that electrical form. Which is to say if he was moving around for 4 posts straight in the electrified form, he'd max out and revert back to his physical.


Form 3: A combination of forms 1 & 2 with and lightning veil around him. Incredibly fast, light speed movement achieved, not that he uses it all that much. His strongest form, without the use of a mask. Ze'borova rarely goes into Bankai, and has only used this form once in truth aside from training. The power is so vast that he shouldn't use this form unless in the space of an enemy of equivalent level or he's training(in which case he represses most of this power. It's not recommended to hold this for extended periods. He can also revert to form 1 in this stage to make a E.M.P or P.E.D.(Pocket Electromagnetic Dimension) where he remains.



Vizard Mask & Appearance:

He's a Super Vizard(Level 2 or Full Hollowfied) always when he's released. Black hierro-like plates jutt off of his elbows. They cannot actually touch his body so they phase through it. All the scars on his body become Covered in a white heirro like substance. His jacket also becomes more hard. He has two small circles in the center of his hands. The top of his mask is a goldish yellow with a jagged line separating the top from the scarlet bottom. His mask is shiny and almost metallic in a sense. His mask has a semi-raised silver ball in its center and silver hooks that wraparound the outside of his ears pointing forward. He has a black lightning bolt striking through each of his eyes. He has vast manipulation over Ceros & Lightning Regen.

Zonixs is fine. If you fight with him, you could basically just have his cards turn real when used as a power or something. I'll probably explain to you how that works over the phone after I get home from school, if I remember, or at least how I would do it.

Ze'Borova's second form is far to op'd. Being a living mass of lightning makes him almost impossible to hit or even damage through any way at all while all he has to do is brush up against someone to bring them massive amounts of pain. Until you either make form 2 considerably less OP ir discard it entirely, I cannot in good conscience add Ze'Borova to the list. But like I said, you're good for Zonixs.

And Flandre Scarlet is here? Awesome. It's nice to see a fellow rper from the old days decide to join in on the fun. I'll be eagerly awaiting whatever it is you come up with. You don't have to come up with a character specifically and only for this rp though. You can use an older one from past rp's if you want. That's what I'm doing.

And Wham...what plot? xD There is no plot. If I do decide to start doing actual plot stuff though, I'll be creating a separate thread for that.

To be fair, Ze'b can already go up to people and bring them incredible pain.
I'll place a time limit on how long he can use it, probably for about 4 minutes at max and that it can only happen when energy is used against him. It really ruins the whole "ELECTRICITY INCARNATE/LIVING LIGHTNING" Z e'b has but I'll figure out something. The more serious question: Why would I need to fight if I'm developing Ze'bs character? The second and third stages of his Bankai will most likely never be used in the RP, they are their for you to know.

On a more personal note though, you NEVER EVER NOTICED THAT BEFORE? LIKE, SERIOUSLY, NEVER? OR, did you not say anything?

@*~Dark~Magician~*: Right now we're just doing some character development and creating our own story as we go. There is no set plot at the moment, but when I have one fleshed out, I'll do a plot based thread for the Inn. I actually have an idea as to what direction I can take, especially since I am going to be introducing a new character soon, but that can wait for a while.

@Wham: I never said anything either because it was not my rp that I was running and the person running it had no problems with said power, or it was your rp and you would pull the plot and main character cards to use as an excuse for your character being the way that it was. Plus I was still struggling with the whole being OP'd thing myself. Having been in an rp where there are actual set limits at the start and you have to work for the things that you want to obtain as the rp progresses, plus rping in a different forum where most characters do not have a power and the ones that do are mutant lowbloods have helped me to see that there is more to rping than fighting, and you don't always need the crazy amounts of power that you want your character to have. Besides, if I don't set limits as to what is and is not acceptable power wise, that'll drive other potential rpers away, and I do not want that.

Yes, precisely. Hell, if I bring in other past characters at some point, I will almost definitely have to do some retconning, because a good number of my earlier characters are kind of broken, and a few of them are unbelievably so.

[spoiler=Personality:]Nobu is a very gentle soul who wants nothing more than to have friends. But he was often left alone as a child so he dislikes being alone. In some cases it breaks him to tears. He is in tact with his emotions and he isn't very confrontational, often shying out of any confrontation. He's very protective of his friends, which is why he never takes off his necklace as he has developed a friendship with the spirit within it. Nobu also posseses a natural curiosity for new things, and he'll blindly follow people into something possibly dangerous, highlighting a gullable nature to him. He's innocent minded and he is very trusting, especially in his brother.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Biography:]Nobu was born into a loving family and a protective brother who he looked up to. They lived in snowy regions of Japan, and their family where loggers, which was moderately proffitable at the time. Whilst his father and his brother Hideki were out logging, he would stay with his mother and learn to cook. His father said this was untill he was old enough to decide if he wanted to spend his time logging. When he had grown up a bit more, age 10, he decided he'd rather stay with his mother than go out logging. His father was slightly confused but Hibeki was proud. His mother had told Hibeki that she'd miss spending time with Nobu, so Hibeki secretly told Nobu how his mother felt. Nobu then said "But bro, I wanna spend time with you!" but Hibeki replied "Nobu, there are times you need to put others before yourself." and so the two were very close brothers. His mother did smother him a bit, treating him as the baby of the household and being very protective over him. Hibeki was relieved he could spend some time to himself whilst Nobu enjoyed his mother and father's loving care. In fact, he was going through the awkward stages of puberty, which is why this appealed him so much. Nobu himself was happy, because he always got the last cookie.

Now when Nobu was aged twelve, his mother took him to an old temple which was said to be the home of an ancient spirit. And despite the fact she thought it wasn't true, it was. Whilst the pair were walking into a dark room, a door closed behind Nobu, separating him from his mother. Then in the center of the room he saw a necklace. He placed it in his pocket and opened the door, his mother hugging him tightly and leaving immediately. Then he placed on the necklace. As he fell asleep he awoke in a snowy forest. Then he saw her, Yuki Onna, in her beautiful dress singin in the frozen lands. Nobu went over and said hi, only to be greeted by her shoving her palm to his chest and began freezing him, only to turn around and see how young he was. She couldn't bear to kill a child, despite how evil she was, so she stopped freezing him. Nobu was extremelly upset and broke down into tears, which melted Yuki's icey heart. Then she sang him a lullaby whilst putting him asleep. The next day, Nobu woke up well rested and in a very good mood. He then told his brother about what happened. When he finished, just about when Nobu reached for the necklace to take it off, his brother said "Don't. You could kill al lof us. Yuki has taken a liking to you, so you should keep it. Don't let anyone take it off."

Age fourteen, Nobu and Hibeki's parent's died in a tragic car accident, which meant Hibeki would have to work twice as hard whilst Nobu had to maintain the home for the two of them. At first it was manageable, the sadness and grief of their parent's death gradually leaving them. However, it became to difficult. And two years ahead, Nobu and Hibeki could not afford their mountain home which forced them to move in with a friend of Hibeki's, who would home them and help them get on their feet. With no choice they moved away and got settled in the new home. Now Hibeki makes decent pay, enough to make rent, support Nobu's schoolastic life, all the necesities and even some rather nice luxiouries. But Nobu wasn't doing as well. Still as shy as he was age ten, Nobu never really went out to meet friends because where he came from, it was only at meeting spots could the socialize out of work/school, etc.[/spoiler]

Yuki Onna: His partner. Sometimes, but not very often, he will ask his spirit to go and help him in combat. He does not make use of this often because he fears Yuki will go rampant and severly harm the person, even if Nobu asked she wouldn't.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Personality:]Yuki is a Frost Spirit who is said to have originally been a woman passed away during a snow storm. She was said to be very beautiful, but she had a heart of Ice. However, ever since she met Nobu, her icey heart has revealed a much nicer and softer side, perhaps the personality of the woman she once was. However, she will make use of her icey heart and occasionally cause Nobu to be aggresive, making use of his ice power for deadlier intention[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Ability(s):]Yuki is the source of Nobu's Cryomancy, the power to manipulate Ice. She has been bound to Nobu's body ever since he placed on her necklace, and as a result he has taken all of her powers as his own. If Nobu is not wearing the necklace she can jump from body to body, as any spirit naturally could. She can also drain the energy out of her host, which she often does to Nobu to help him sleep easier.[/spoiler][/spoiler]
[spoiler=Special Skills:]Besides the Cryomancy granted by Yuki, Nobu can take a huge amount of impact and generally survive it. This doesn't mean he won't feel the fatigue, because he will. This allows him to survive most falls that would kill a normal human being. Also he can take most attacks, recieving the pain and dmage, but still bounce up ready to fight. It takes a lot to take down Nobu.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

Although she is not disabled, she navigates through buildings on a wheelchair that hides her Striker Unit and her Gatling Gun. While using her magic or while wearing her Striker Unit, She gains the Ears and Tail of a Black Wolf and her eyes turn all black with a red cross and spikes while glowing red. She has 3 Black Cloud Rings that wrap around her[/spoiler]
Personality: She was originally mellow, calm, and somewhat silent, but after the core matured within her, She became more Lively and rather jumpy, but the moment she gets an idea of what someone's personality is, she will mirror that personality almost exactly. She has a desire to protect her surroundings... She is right now rather Disobedient and would rather follow her instinct, but still honors her vows
Bio: Most of her past is still shrouded in mystery, but she does know that her Superior, Zemaru, had ordered a special Magic Dynamo made out of a Immature Hive Core of a Neuroi to prevent her heart from failing because of her own disability, Which is that when she uses Magic, Her heart starts to slow down and eventually fail. She was Sent on a routine Mission to obliterate a single Neuroi hive with her new-found power, but when she got there, The Neuroi had surrounded her already, and caused her Dynamo to activate and caused her Striker, The Ravietta 777, as well as her Gatling Gun to Neuroify, She was Assigned a mission by the Neuroi to go to X-Over Academy in some really odd dimension to learn more powers from the Neuroi inhabiting that dimension. She was eventually brought home after learning many powers and after her Core Matured, She was brought home by Zemaru when they encountered a Portal to exit the Academy. She was Assigned another mission, but left early before they could tell her what the mission was, She did not want to hear it, so she was followed closely by Zemaru. After a moment, She came back and realized that the mission was a very simple one, Go to the Burai's Inn and go make some new friends. Before she left to head to the pocket Dimension, Zemaru made her vow that she would not Create or take the form of a Neuroi unless ordered to by herself only...

[b]Ravietta MDL 6466:[/b] A Black and Red Jet Striker Unit(A set of Leg Armor that gives it's wearer Flight and amplifies his/her Magic capabilities, it's rigid and goes all the way up near the hip, completely preventing movement in the knees, There is 2 kinds of Fuel, Regular and Jet, and 2 kinds of uses, Land and Air), The honeycomb pattern suggests it could actually be a Neuroi (An Alien race that encompasses metal and capable of regeneration and firing Lasers) rather than a Striker, and seems to have the traits of a Neuroi, Capable of Regeneration, but doesn't fire lasers. This particular Striker amplifies the magic and strength of it's wearer 15 fold and can go supersonic speeds...
[b]Guns:[/b] Zeimaier carries a Large, Black, 60 Caliber Gatling Gun that dwarfs the size of most guns and can take down buildings, most people alone cannot carry such a large firearm due to it's weight, but Zeimaier is one of few people capable of doing so wearing her striker. She also carries a much smaller rifle for use without her striker, as well as several aircraft machine guns for use with her other strikers.
[b]Other Striker Units:[/b] She carries several other Striker unit Prototypes, in case she makes some friends with Magic abilities, however, none of her prototypes can match the power or Speed of her main one, typically amplifying her Magic and strength 4-9 fold and going up to 900 Kilometers an hour. In order for people to put them on however, they need to have smooth legs or thin kneesocks to wear them[/spoiler]
Reasons for coming to this school: She came to school for 2 reasons, to find out her past and "She wanted to know how regular people fought"
[spoiler=Powers/Abilities:]
[b]Magic:[/b] She has Several powers using her magic, Including Resisting the effects of a High Altitude and/or High Speeds, Raising shields to protect herself or others or to even guide bullets from her gun to unseen targets.
[b]Saievara:[/b] She can pour her magic into her eyes, allowing her to see an extremely far distance, Up to 15,000-18,000 Kilometers.
[b]Machine Control Type "N":[/b] After some flashback after sensing a portal, She discovered that she can create and control some Neuroi, but she can only control up to 6 at a time. This power is under development and She will need to master this power to prevent any more Neuroi attacks in the future. This power is referred to as her "Other" Power
[b]Hive Form: [/b]After Zeimaier's core became Fully Matured, She learned that she can create a Hive Cloud with herself as the center core of it from the hive core she absorbed. She cannot move very fast in this form, but She gains several powers in this form:
-[i]Dimensionally Heavy:[/i] Dimensionally Heavy Presences cannot be spirited away, however, people with the ability to spirit anything away (Example: Yukari) can sense their presence long before they can reach them. It also triggers all "Sixth Senses", but it needs to be a bit closer (AKA: Flotsam and Jetsam will both sense this presence)
-[i]Create Neuroi:[/i] While in this form, She can create and control up to 100 Large-type Neuroi
-[i]Sense of "N"[/i]: She can See, Hear, and Sense everything that goes on with Neuroi, and Immediately process Data sent from Scouts
[b]Dimensional Escape:[/b] She can cause her Cloud rings to turn red to gain Dimensional Heaviness, This is done automatically at the presence of a certain energy that creates portals to Spirit others away, but can be turned off (AKA: She cannot be Spirited away unless she wills it at her own will)
[b]Lidentu De Scarlette:[/b] channeling magic through her now mature core, She can create and control Red Lightning, what she can do with it? Now that's her choice
[b]Nightmare Formation: [/b]Taught to her by the Mother core, She can imprison herself in a core and turn herself into any Neuroi She desires, She also gains Several Powers in this Form
-[i]Light Manipulation:[/i] She can Manipulate Light hitting the Exterior black plates of her Neuroi form, passing it through the Core and Fire Devastating lasers that can torch a town within minutes.
-[i]Regeneration:[/i] She can Quickly Regenerate from any injury while in this form as long as the core is not exposed
-[i]Dimensionally Heavy:[/i] Unlike other Neuroi, Zeimaier in this form cannot be Spirited away, but unlike all Dimensional heaviness cases, in terms of Sensing, She just feels like any other Neuroi, It does not Trigger any "6th Sense" (Except ones that Specifically detect a physical Presence)
-[i]Core Escape: [/i]also unlike other Neuroi, who get instantaneously Killed with 1 hit to the Core, A hit with the core only Dispels this form

Other: She is a lot more prepared than she was before visiting X-Over Academy, She built herself a Radio that can contact Zemaru, Regardless of being holed up in another dimension... And why i decided to bring her? well, It's the only Character I ever Drew... now if only i had a scanner! XD

A somewhat old-looking woman sat in a chair inside one of those White rooms like off of Matrix, she was 6' 8" tall, had Long, Black Hair, Violet Eyes, White Skin and a Beautiful face, Her skin now has a lot of black feathers protruding outward, She also wore a black dress with violet raven patterns. She also has 6 Black-feathered wings. She then said [color=#4B0082]"Gee Guys, You'd think I'd go around without you guys knowing who I am? Very well, My name is Vierce Nightingale, I may look 46 years old, but in reality, I'm over 950 years old... I'm particularly Shy and prefer not having any sort of confrontation, But if need be, I can be Brutal, I used to have Dominance issues, but I no longer have them, and I'm actually a lot calmer now... A few years ago, I had to fight my Grandfather, Andinios Nightingale, Since he was so old, He died at the age of 9666 in battle..." Flandre, I like your apps. However, there are a couple of areas that I have a bit of trouble with.
Your Disaster Area effect seems to be just plain to powerful. Smaller scale disasters that are localized I can allow readily enough, but you make it sound like it could be a major event.

If I'm not allowing someone to be pure lightning or able to punch out the cafe [s]and like chthulu[/s], then there is no way that I can accept that power as the way it is. If it's something that you gained through an rp and is a part of your character that is important to her in some way shape or form, then we can work it out over pm. Otherwise, please make it less broken. Your second app is acceptable, and possibly a bit underpowered for during the day, but that's okay. After all, for now this is a character development first, fighting second thread.

Edit: I am now adding the first app for Flandre Scarlet to the first post as is with the understanding that the problem powers, as he (is it a he? :/) put it, are only accessible in Neuroid form, which his character is forbidden from using by her superior anyway. So yeah, this is good for as long as they are not used.

Having no set physical form is unacceptable, making it so that he could be treated as something other then a solid mass that can be damaged and dodge basically any attack. Either reword it so that those two are not a problem, or abolish it completely.

He does have a physical form. His body becomes electrified. When he moves is it only electrical. But defending and blocking and using physical offensive attacks is when that is active. When moving, dodging, or attack with energy only does he become that, for 4 minutes at max. Which is to say if he was moving around for 4 minutes straight in the electrified form, he'd max out and revert back to his physical. I thought I said that but if not, THAT is what his second form consists of. Not a mass of giant electrical energy. His first is armor, second electricity, and third combo.

And Wham, four minutes is forever post wise in a fight. Set the limit to a number of posts, and instead of in a row, make that per fight period. If you do that, I'll let it pass as long as you don't turn all of your fights into dodge like crazy and counter oneupmanship. All right?
