[center][center]Plot:
Following the defeat of Dr. Faker at the hands of Yuma Tsukumo several decades ago, peace returned to the city of Heartland, and the forbidden "Numbers" were sealed in the Astral World, never to return again. However, as most happy endings go, peace was not to last - an unknown organization - The Clear Brigade, had attacked the Astral World, causing the majority of it to crumble. As a result, the "Numbers" that were sealed away were restored and released back to Earth - through this incident, many duelists were chosen to wield these cards as "Number Holders". For most Number Holders, they were chosen as guardians of these cards. However, what would the world be without powerhungry brutes? Yes, there are those who ignored their duties and became "Numbers Hunters" - that is, rather than protecting their "Numbers", they steal them from other Number Holders. Unfortunately, these Numbers Hunters are only a small part of a larger threat - the organization is also after these "Numbers" - its aim: to use the Astral World to wipe out the memories of all those on Earth; their reasons for doing so: unconfirmed.
Now, will you, whether you are a Number Holder or not, fulfill the duty of protecting these "Numbers", will you become a Numbers Hunter, or are you secretly part of the Clear Brigade?

• Standard YCM Rules apply
• No godmodding, powerplaying, etc. (me and co-hosts will be the judges of this)
• I will set the app limit at 3 - be sure to keep all of them active
• Avoid shortposting - For people who don't know, shortposting is when you post less than 4 lines.

Consequences for shortposting:
• 1-2 Shortposts - Warnings
• 3 Shortposts - Weeklong suspension from RP
• 4 Shortposts - Banned Permanently

• During duels, the effects of custom cards must be placed in a spoiler at the end of a post
• [b]Be fair in your duels - Do not make it so your character never loses or always has a counter to everything. Hosts reserve the right to call BS on any moves deemed unsportsmanlike. (If duels are planned out beforehand through PM, and both RP'ers have already confirmed, this does not apply.[/b]
[b]• Do not allow your character to contradict canon (yes, this means no Signer Dragons, Polar Gods, Egyptian Gods, etc.)[/b]

A note on the Numbers:
All of them are available, including Black Mist. Custom Numbers may be allowed, if relayed through either me or Zextra first. Should a Number be given a custom version, and then be given an IRL version in the ZeXaL show, then you may simply change the number of your card.

Finished this app in a hurry. I still have to put another few touches onto this (like a second No.) but overall, the app is done.
