How do I make spoilers stay on all of my posts?

Wait, are you talking about the signature? Like what's below my post with the flaming unicorn? If that's it go to the edit profile page and select signature from the tabs. From there you can just put what you want your signature to be and it'll appear right below all your posts. The codes are the same so you can put a spoiler just like you would in a regular post.

If you want it on ALL of your posts you'd have to do that every time you post.

 

But to let people see it every time you post you can put it in your signature, even though it's not technically part of your post.

 

If you did that, you wouldn't have to post it in every single post. (again, still not PART of the post but it's the closest thing you can do).

 

To edit your signature, go to your profile. Click "Edit my Profile", then click on Signature.

 

or

 

Click on your name at the top and go to "My Settings" > Signature
