First of all; I'd take out the specific banishment of 2 Tuners and at least 2 non-Tuners. I personally would make it at least 1 Tuner and then as many other Monsters.
Secondly; Why fill out the summoning conditions? From what I can see, you are targetting a T.G synchro using TG Tuners/Non-Tuners. I believe (correct me if I'm mistaken), that fills out all the conditions for TG synchro monsters.
Thirdly; You would be banishing monsters whose Levels equal 10, as most TG Synchro's are Lv 5. Isn't that a bit much? I'll leave that for you to decide though.

It's Miracle Fusion! But for T.G. Synchros!
And it allows you to use the same set of Tuner and non-Tuner(s) for 2 Synchros, allowing you to easily pull out what's needed for Blade Blaster.

Well not exactly, you need it to be twice the level, so a little extra manipulation would be required. It'd still make summoning big TG synchs easier though.
