The ATK has to be high enough to seem game-winning, but terrible because the Opponent(who would be terrible if they let you Summon this) could run over it in battle if they used enough stall cards.

Honestly should be Warrior > Synchron.
Stardust/Neos are debatable cause Yusei won the last game with Junk Warrior and Judai still called Wingman his favorite at times.
