When this card is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 other face-up monster on the field; draw 1 card. When this card leaves the field: Special Summon the monster banished by this effect. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard; you can Special Summon 1 banished Level 4 or lower Psychic-Type monster. When this card on the field is banished; you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Psychic-Type monster from your Graveyard.

So Psychic Reading is essentially a more powerful Pot of Duality. Why would you give Psychics that powerful a card?
And the same thing for Space-Time Agent, why would you give Psychics a Chaos Sorceror with a draw effect and no drawbacks? It makes Emergency Teleport generate more plusses than it already does. Why pump up an already good archetype with super powerful cards?

The one banished for the draw. I'll adjust the ocg, which should, along with the SS being inherent, should be enough to make it clear.

Earth searches for "The Agent", not just "Agent", so Space-Time Agent isn't a valid target for it.
