When a "Phazon" monster you control is destroyed: Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned: place 1 Phazon Counter on all cards your opponent controls (including face-down cards). Non-"Phazon" cards with Phazon Counters on them have their effects negated and cannot activate their effects.

During each of your End Phases, place 1 Phazon Counter on this card for each "Phazon" card on the field. When this card has 10 Phazon Counters, you can Special Summon 1 "Dark Samus, Phazon Creator" from your Extra Deck or Graveyard using this card as an Xyz Material (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon).

Phazon Ore
Continuous Spell Card

When this card is activated: place 5 Phazon Counters on this card. When there are no more Phazon Counters on this card: Destroy it. A non-"Phazon" monster your opponent controls that battles a "Phazon" monster you control has it's ATK decreased for each Phazon Counter on this card x100.

Phazon Generating Unit
Equip Spell Card

Equip only to a monster your opponent controls. That monster cannot activate it's effects or can be Tributed, used for a Synchro Summon or an Xyz Summon. This card cannot be destroyed if the equipped monster has Phazon Counters. During each of your Standby Phases, place 3 Phazon Counters on the equipped monster.

Phazon Enhancement Device
Equip Spell Card

Equip only to a "Phazon Hunter" monster you control. The equipped monster gains 300 ATK for each Phazon Counter on it. When there are 6 Phazon Counters on the equipped monster, destroy this card and distribute Phazon Counters on any cards on the field for each Phazon Counter the equipped monster has (including the face-down cards).

Phazon Corruption
Normal Spell Card

Take Control of all monsters your opponent controls with 5 or more Phazon Counters. You can Banish this card from your Graveyard; Select 1 card on the field with Phazon Counters (if the card is face-down: flip it face-up). If that card has an effect that you can use right now: Activate it as your own card.

Phaaze
Field Spell Card

This card is treated as a "Phazon" card. All "Phazon" monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn; You can add 1 "Phazon" card that is in your Graveyard and add it to your hand. During the End Phase that you do not activate this effect: Add 1 Phazon Counter on all cards on the field (including face-down cards).

Phazon Explosion
Normal Trap Card

Remove 5 Phazon Counters on the field. Destroy all face-up non-"Phazon" monsters on the field.

Phazon Absorption
Continuous Trap Card

Activate by designating 1 "Dark Samus, Phazon Creator". Once per turn, during either players' turn; You can select 1 card with Phazon Counters on the field. Send it to the Graveyard. The selected monster's effect becomes that card's effect. When this card is destroyed: Destroy the monster selected by this card's effect. When the selected card is destroyed: Destroy this card.

Rates and comments would be appreciated. More cards to come, but this should be enough for now.

Hyper Mode
Continuous Trap Card

Activate by designating 1 "Phazon Hunter" monster you control. Add 3 Phazon Counters to the selected monster and increase it's ATK by 300 for each Phazon Counter on it.

Pretty daunting to review all those cards....I'll just comment on a couple for now.

Phazon spirit reads 'cannot have their effects negated'. I assume you meant that 'have their effects negated'?

Phazon corrupter might look better like: 'once per turn, activate one of the following effects:'

Rundas is basically a JDD-esque nuke when summoned, since it is pretty much guaranteed to be able to clear 5 cards when summoned. That's pretty powerful but then JDD isn't banned so it depends on how easy it is to get those 15 counters on the field...

Basically, the problem with 'counter' archetypes is that it can be difficult to balance regarding the 'price in counters' of the effects. I'm not saying its a problem with yours yet but its difficult to tell without playtesting. So, keep looking at spell counter, alien and cloudian decks, which use counters, and increase the power level since none of those decks are particularly overwhelming.

Double Tuning and overlaying Xyz Monsters goes against game mechanics don't they? But, no one minds. It is what makes these counters special really.

It states on Red Nova that you have to for it and that you can't for other synchros because they only specify 1 tuner. As for overlaying xyzs, that is now a part of the game mechanics, just a new part. We couldn't 'overlay' until xyzs came out.

Here though, its part of game mechanics that counters can't be put on facedowns (I think, I may be wrong about that), but you might be able to get away with it if you put it into the card text.
