That's because Mind Control [i]is [/i]better. However, that's like saying you prefer Brain Control to Mind Control. Brain Control has the superior effect, but that doesn't change the fact that it's abusable. It increases the consistency and variability of Omni-HEROs, Monarchs, Fish OTK, and others. It makes OTKs easier to pull off. It makes the Golem cards more abusable. If you take a Fusion or an XYZ, you can return it for Birdman.

And other stuff like that.
