Arm re-builds the Neo-Spacians + NEX monsters.

Except I'm going to do this right, by completely revamping all of them to allow for more support, abuse, and just all around making them more efficient.
Oh and just for argument's sake, Grand Mole is@3.
And if I happen to make some of them "broken"... Oh well =D

Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird -WIND-
Lvl2
[Winged-Beast/Effect]
You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control a non-WIND "Neo-Spacian" monster. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can gain 500 Life Points for each card in your opponent's hand.

Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin -WATER-
Lvl2
[Warrior/Effect]
You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control a non-WATER "Neo-Spacian" monster. Once per turn, by discarding 1 card, look at your opponent's hand and select 1 Monster Card in it. If you control a monster with ATK greater than or equal to the ATK of the selected Monster Card, destroy the selected card and inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Otherwise, take 500 damage.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control a non-DARK "Neo-Spacian" monster. Once per turn, you can select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. While you control this face-up card, until the end of this turn this card's name is treated as the selected monster's name, and it gets the selected monster's effect(s).

When this card attacks or is attacked, reveal the top card of your Opponent's deck, and based on its type apply the proper effect: ● Monster: End the Battle Phase. ● Spell: You can change this card's attack to a direct attack. ● Trap: This monster is changed to Defense Position.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control a non-EARTH "Neo-Spacian" monster. If this card battles with your opponent's monster, you can return both monsters to their owner's hands at the start of the Damage Step (without damage calculation).

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by returning the above cards you control to the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization"). Once per turn you can return up to 2 cards on the field to their owner's hands.
2800ATK / 2300DEF

NEX -Quick-Play Spell-
Send 1 face-up "Neo-Spacian" monster you control to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster from your Extra Deck with the same Attribute as the sent monster.

Actually, it does.
I'm allowed to [i]somewhat[/i] over-due it if the card I want to expand on is either a one-time card, or the archetype is such a mess that it needs to be cleaned up, and made better.

Seems you skimmed the whole topic.
I tweaked some of there effects, gave them a Special Summon effect, lowered there ATK/levels to allow for more flexability, and even fixed the Extra Deck issues with allowing 3 Dolphin and 3 Marine Dolphin at the same time.

But you didn't lower them to a point where they became abusable.

First, all of the non-Fusion ones should have been Lv 3. That way, you have Leviath, Acid Golem, Leviar, and the such.
Second, most of your NEX monsters aren't much better than the monster you gave up for it. If you're going to -1 yourself, then you'll have to do better than giving Panther a slight extension on the duration of it's effect.
Lastly, why arbittrarilly make all their stats the same. Panther should have more attack since it's a Horn Target, Scarab should have 200 DEF as a Fire type. Think of what each individual card in the set lacks, then focus on the group as a whole.

If you're going for level 2 or lower, why not have them all be level 1? That way, not only can you still use Junk Synchron, you could also give some use to all those Rk 1 Xyz monsters. Galaxy Queen and Tragon would be oodles of fun with Flame/Inferno Scarab. It would make Glow Moss abusable in the Plant engine, and it would give Neo-Spacians easy access to Dark Diviner.

The Neo-Spacians have pretty decent effects. The only problem is that they can't work on their own and that nothing works with them. The only ones I would change are Shadow Panther and Marine Dolphin. Shodow I would have get the same ATK and DEF of the copied monster, and I'd take the cost out of Dolphin's effect.
