I took out the Chimeratech-type effect and replaced it with something more restricting.

nice card. Btw, here's a idea have u seen utopia ray? ygo wikia it, basically over lay over galaxy eyes photon dragon (make rank same as galaxy's level) it be opwed but that could be another way than getting 3 glaxies out somehow

How would that help at all? And Utopia is so much better than Utopia Ray because Utopia Ray's eff only activates wen u hv less than 1000 LP

chuck in a self-protection effect, possibly something to do with banishing GalaxyEyes in the grave or sommit, and you're golden (dragon's mirror becomes less viable to summon this with then i suppose.)

Actually, it's just about the same. Plus it has an effect to take s*** out. And it's ATK can reach over 6000 pretty easily. Giving it an effect would just make it impossible. But, u kno wat, i'll giv it an extra effect just for u.

Antio-meta if I ever saw it, considering the way Xyz monsters are being pushed on us. Having one material in the hand isn't really necessary; the "Must be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by Fusion Summon" clause may have been better choice here, considering that Summoner of Illusions would love this thing. And then there's this "bilaterus" thing; I have no idea what it is, or why it has a non-capitalized name, but I assume there is a reason behind it. Still, if you're referencing somebody else's card, you should either post that card or a link to it. Otherwise, it's a BEUD clone, which is what GEPD was, so you've done your job. Bravo.

Oh, I can just Special it and then Dragon's Mirror. That's just as good I guess. Neat card, especially with Strong Wind Dragon (3900 ATK piercer is win).

...No, my mistake, there is a way to Fusion it with hand and Grave. But wait, they have to have an Xyz out? I see problems if you ever come across a deck based around Fusion, Ritual or Synchro, or even something like Monarchs. Otherwise, it does what it needs to.

Well, Photon Dragon is sweet, and these are nice accessories to that. 8.5/10.

bilaterus is another member who was commenting a bit negatively on the card, so that was put in as a joke to him, sorry for the confusion.
