Would like some of my art removed, who do I talk to?

Question

Hi, I have a print that I'm selling in a gallery that requires very strict guidelines on where the picture can be up etc. The original picture is up in my deviantART gallery, but I sell prints of it in a gallery in Little Rock, AR. My gallery owner made me aware that one of your members had posted a version of my picture with the watermark removed back in '08. Regardless of how silly it seems, I really need to ask that it be taken down and my artwork not be used in the future. I know that you--the website owners--have no control over what people post, but if you could cooperate by removing the picture, that would satisfy my gallery owner.

The thread with the picture in question is here:

Spirit of the Descent uses my "Phoenix Heart" with watermark removed. Post #12

And again, the original is here:

The original has a watermark, and the full version must be posted without being cropped for my gallery to accept it--preferably with link and credit.

Sorry if I'm putting you to a ton of trouble, but this is a requirement of my contract with the gallery.

Thank you!

Send a personal message to one. Go to their profile and look for the "send me a message" button.

And I'm pretty sure a mod would be able to take care of it too.

Scroll to the bottom of the main page to see the Online List. Look for people like MarbleZone or Flame Dragon, they're two of the big moderators here. They should be able to handle it.

Thanks! :)

EDIT: It's been handled to my complete satisfaction. Please feel free to lock or delete the thread as you see fit.

Like I said: my gallery director asked that I take care of it. The reason why they have this policy in place is in case of the implementation of an Orphan Works act, which would make works where one cannot find the original artist part of public domain. (See http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/news/2008/04/new-orphaned-works-act-would-limit-copyright-liability.ars for more information.) In order to be able to keep showing my art in the gallery, the gallery owners wish me to make every due effort to make sure that I am identifiable as the original artist of my art. Thus, it doesn't matter if I'm late or early or being over-reactive, the fact that this picture is on this site with me not identifiable as the original artist could make it to where I can no longer show that particular piece in their gallery.

How do I get in touch with the Super Moderators?
