The reason I ask this is because I want to see how other people write their fics so in turn I can make mine better. Since although it has generally good reviews from nine different people, a couple of people have noted some discrepancies (which I have amended/am amending) so I feel it would be a good idea to see how other people develop their stories so I can avoid more mistakes in the future. I'm not here for reviews, but I have an open mind so if you happen to have any suggestions then obviously send me a message.
On fanfiction these sorts of stories are extremely hard to find, and any that I do find seem to be heavily focused on dueling and have little plot development. And despite focusing on dueling they lack of a lot of description that I have sought to include in my own story, such as how the monsters look, how the attack each other and the emotions of the duelists and onlookers throughout the duel. Ok the duels in my story have a lot of the silliness and rule bending like in duelist kingdom (as I take the flavour text, names and looks of monsters seriously), but I believe that makes story more interesting and unpredictable.
