Pokemon Splice Recolor Help?

I'm trying to recolor my first splice on Windows 7, but how do I do it?

@Glitch: you mean a new color palette to put on the sprite? (which would probably be just an attempt to find same/close to same shade colors that work well) or do you mean mean just simply repeated eyedrop tooling the sprite (for each color then drawing it? below to use as the color pallette)?

Look in Jappio's Splice Thread in Showcase... He has a tutorial how to Sprite/Recolor

If it's using sprites I usually just use paint.

Otherwise dunno.
