Team Pokemon V.S. Team Disaster: The Final Battle-(Not Started/Accepting)

Ever since ancient times, many an evil clan have been trying to capture Legendary and ordinary Pokemon in order to take over the world. Every time they try, they just get more powerful, more cruel, and more evil. All know about the ultimate goals of these fiendish people. Now, the evil clans are joining forces, for they share the same goal, thus making them unstoppable.
One such evil clan is Team Disaster, they consist of many evil clans throughout the globe, as in, Pokemon world. This evil team has one simple goal - to capture all Legendaries on the planet.
This simple goal is made difficult for them since there are numerous good people, such as Pokemon Rangers, or even regular Trainers! However, these good people too, are not invincible.
This then led to the rise of Team Pokemon, a team whose goal was to stop Team Disaster. Team Pokemon became heroes and always put Pokemon first!
But one sad day, Team Disaster attacked all of the five Team Pokemon bases. These attacks forced Team Pokemon to go under, letting Team Disaster take the upper-hand. Disaster grew in numbers and attack all regions of the Pokemon world. Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Orange Islands, Sevii Islands, Fiore, Orre, Almia, Oblivia, and Holon were destroyed, under Disaster's control. Soon after the attacks on Almia, Team Disaster's members became abusive to Pokemon and humans. All hope was lost.
After the Holon attacks, the leader of Team Disaster was found dead in Kanto. This let Cyrus, Team Galactic former leader, take leadership of Team Disaster. But one person had enough! This person stepped up and stated that Pokemon and humans have rights! That nobody should ever be treated that way. This was the rebirth of Team Pokemon!
Team Pokemon grew in size as HQs were build in every region from Kanto to Holon. The Disaster Period is ending now. This is the Final Battle.

[spoiler=Rules]
1. Advanced Clause applies.
2. NO Short Posting! Doing so will result in 1 strike beside your name, and get you in Spoiler of Shame.
3. NO Power Playing/God Modding! Doing either of those will result in 2 strikes besides your name.
4. If you get 3 strikes besides your name, you will be kicked from the RP, NO exceptions.
5. In Pokemon Battles, be fair for how much damage you take.
6. In battle, you can't always cry "DODGE" every chance you get. Be fair.
7. You are allowed, at most, 4 apps. NO more, or you get a strike
8. If you have had your amount of strike at the same amount for 2 weeks I will take one strike off of you. Tell me when I must do this.
9. Before you have a Pokemon whose Species cannot learn a specific move legally, (For e.g. Eevee with Metronome) ask my permission via PM. You can only have 1 of these Pokemon per Character. I can choose to allow or reject.
10. Pokemon with event moves, like Pikachu with Surf/Fly, or Riolu with Aura Sphere, do not count as the type of Pokemon stated in Rule 9, since they can legally learn it.
11: Yes. You may RESERVE a legendary Pokemon to be on your team. You may not start with one unless you come from one of the older Team Pokemon RPs.
12: To be be positive that you read the rules, on your app, make your character's name purple.

Bio: Is Volker's little brother. He is next in line to take over the gym at Sunyshore City. He lives on a small island off the cost of Sunyshore City. He lives with his younger brother, Tyler, his father, and Volker. His mother just died and he isn't taking it well. He is depressed a lot now and usually lays on his bed staring at the celling. His brother Tyler just started his Pokemon adventure and now he has to travel with him. He is happy sometimes though. He is looking forward to the adventure so he can get away from home.
Personality: Is really happy sometimes but mostly sad because of his mother's death.

Bio: He is the youngest of three boys. His oldest brother is none other then Volker the leader of the Sunyshore City Gym. His other brother is Austin Black. He is really helpful trying to cheer Austin up but fails most of the time. He lives on the small island of the coast of Sunyshore City there he resides with his father and two older brothers. He just got a Snivy, which is rare because Snivys don't usually roam Sinnoh Land. He is having his brother Austin come with him on his adventure so he might cheer up.
Personality: Very happy-go-lucky. He loves to make friends and is easily impressed. Is kinda sad that his mom died.

Bio: Cierra comes from Mandrin Island South in the Orange Islands. She is an only child and expresses herself through Pokemon. Her favorite type are fighting types but she also likes the other types. She left the Orange Islands when she was 13 to live in Sinnoh since her dad took over the last spot in the Sinnoh Elite Four. Yes. Her father is Lucian. Even though her dad is Lucian, she isn't as strong as him. She enjoys reading too, like her father. Her parents divorced when they moved to Sinnoh. Her dad won custody and she now lives with him on Route 222, right outside of Sunnyshore. She is Austin's ex-girlfriend.
Personality: Happy all the time until someone calls her a prep. Then she gos all Misty on them

Sorry. I'm going to say no to that. You're on Team Pokemon, Team Disaster, or you're neutral. And can't be a leader unless I contact you directly through PM. Plus Jolta's character was the leader of TP. So I'll wait to see if he re-joins.
